Window Purchase and Installation
Our home is about 45 years old and had the original windows. After several quotes we contacted with AC Vinyl as the salesman provided clear information, answered all our questions and we were invited to tour the factory to see what the windows would look like. Our installers Paul and Matthew were excellent in their knowledge and performance. We have oak shutters which we wanted to keep and they were able to install windows to preserve the interior look. I would highly recommend the company and Paul and Matthew for job satisfaction
New windows for our house
Our house was built around 1978. We had previously replaced the bathroom and kitchen windows but the house still had many of the original (45 year old) windows. Some people update their house just before they sell it but that means the new owners are the ones who enjoy the improvements. We don't want to do that. We want to be the ones who enjoy the benefits of the new windows etc. We set up an appointment with Mike from AC Vinyl to give us a quote for new windows. Of anyone I have ever met he knows the most about windows. After talking things over with him we decided to replace the windows in the three bedrooms, the dining room, and the living room. The window in the dining room (and the one in the living room) was actually two windows separated by a vertical post. We decided to open it up and replace it with one large picture window without the middle post. The work was completed in two days by Bob and his crew (Mitch and Adam). Day 1: replace the windows. Day 2 Install the trim. The three men that worked on our windows were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Their workmanship is excellent. The windows and trim look great! We could not be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend AC Vinyl.
AC Vinyl Window Purchase
The entire experience with AC Vinyl Windows was fantastic, from MIke in Sales to Bob and his crew for installation. Mike provided information above and beyond with respect to their product, with features down to every screw, and pricing to the penny. He com pared our current windows and how they failed and the improvements that would be made with their new product. He was very patient in our decision process and even helped with the information with respect to the Greener Homes Grant. With Respect to Installation, Bob and his crew were fantastic, accommodating and very neat. They rebuilt our windows entirely and we love the new windows, which are great from the upper floor to clean now, no more extension ladders. They even capped my garage door frame. All thumbs up to this team, from Sales to Installation.
Bay window
Mike provided the estimate and a lot of information. He never rushed us. We visited the factory and were very impressed with the operation and the people were friendly and informative. Jake who was going to do the installation attended to inspect the area where the window was being replaced. Jake completed the installation and we were so impressed by his workmanship. It has been 2 years since the window was replaced and we are still extremely satisfied. Now we are looking to replace some other windows in our home and of course we called Mike. We also like the fact that the windows are made locally.
window repair
Mike came here to give me an estimate. He told me the windows were still decent and were repairable. He told me what to buy and how to do it. Went to office on Stanley and women helped me. Very friendly and helpful. My experience was friendly and honest people worked here. I won't hesitate to go back. Very pleased.

Great company highly recommend
Great company to deal with...Mike is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. No awkward uncomfortable estimate atmosphere...high quality windows...local company that take care of your needs if need be. Bob the installer is fantastic at what he does! He will do it the right way....his skills are 11 out of 10... very friendly and so knowledgeable...he will listen to you...actually listen to any concerns you may have during the installing process. I highly recommend you talk to this company before any others.

Window replacements
This Fall we had Mike in to give us a quote on 12 replacement windows Just before Christmas the guys fit us in . We couldn’t be happier with the end result..Bob and his crew were great installers….with great attention to detail.When our energy audit was completed last week we were told he had never seen better efficiency numbers from just replacing windows..can’t wait for spring when we can open up our windows and let the fresh air in. My parents received excellent customer service from all of the staff they interacted with - office staff, sales representative and installation team. Everyone was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure an excellent job was done on time and within the quote. 12 windows were installed in a 70+ year old home and it significantly improved the home’s energy efficiency (according to an official assessment for the federal rebate program) . They are very happy they choose a local and family-run company. They can’t wait to open up the windows and let the spring breezes flow through their home.
Windows Replaced in Our Home
My husband and I just want to thank Mike for for doing such an amazing job on our front windows. Mike said we would be impressed with the finishing of the installation and yes we were very impressed! Excellent quality, professional installation and Installer was fantastic! Mike's follow up and attention to detail is to be admired. Great service is hard to find these days! High Quality and Excellent Workmanship
My husband and I just want to thank Bob Pepin for doing such an amazing job on our windows. This is our second time having Bob install and we are so impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. He is a great mentor to his assistants, demonstrating patience and guidance. Large Livingroom Window replaced
Our experience with AC Vinyl was exceptional! Mike (sales) was very knowledgeable and gave us several options for what we wanted - from low cost to higher cost, giving us pros and cons for each. We felt good about our choice. Bob (installation) and his crew Adam and Mitch did an amazing job. They took out the old window and put in the beautiful new window with great care. Nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up at the end. The guys worked with precision and pride in their work, respectful and had great attitudes. We are loving the beautiful new window.
new large casement windows plus a french slider
We had two very large double casement windows in our living room and dining room replaced and a french slider in our kitchen replaced at a fraction of the cost we got quoted from some large "premium" window companies. We could not be happier with the result. All steps of the process - from Mike giving us a quote on site; to the payment process and finalizing window styles/trim colours etc. to the very excellent installation and trimming completed by Bob and Ryan. Full Home Window Replacements
What started as a 5 window replacement in July ended up as a whole house replacement of 10 windows in our older house. Mike was our first contact and I was overly impressed with his knowledge of Windows that he sells as well as the knowledge of his competitors windows. He was easy to talk to and we decided to do our 5 upstairs windows just to see how we like them. Jake was our installer and he does a superb job and is very friendly as well as he also answered any questions I had. After the first install (full replacement) we liked the windows and installation of them so much we decided to do 5 more windows on the main level. Jake completed those today and we are extremely happy with both the look and functionality of these high quality windows and will be replacing the remain 5 windows next year. If you want high quality windows then look no further than A.C. Vinyl as you will not be disappointed! I will come back and leave a follow-up after our first winter with these new windows next year.
