Always first class
Every time we have used glass ninja we have been impressed with their timely response and professionalism. This starts at the contact level and right through to the excellent work and cleanup. Our glass shower enclosure was done many years ago by another company. In retrospect an error given the issues that have manifested over the years. Glass Ninja took care of one of those issues before and now they removed and replaced poorly installed hinges. A great job. Highly recommended.

Ninja Glass did an amazing job! From estimation to installation the process was smooth. Ordered 3-panel around 90sqft mirror and it looks beautiful. Thank you!

I hired them to install mirrors for my gym. The installation crew were great and they were on time. I would use them again.

They came to my house for measurements, I spoke with someone on the phone who sent me a catalogue. After that, they totally ignored my email responses and my phone calls.

Bathtub enlosure
Great service from Glass Ninja, from quotation to installation. Uri and his assistant did a wonderful job installing our tub doors and fixing silicone on our other bathroom enclosure completed by another company. They were vey meticulous and professional. Would definitely recommend them for your glass needs.
Install Glass Railings
The only contractor to come to my home to quote. A fair price for the railing and two stainless steel hand rails. The work on the railing installation was fine but the two men had some difficulty with the hand rails. That installation is OK but it is off slightly. I also paid $1000 to have the old railing removed. The old railing was removed too soon and I waited for three weeks with a dangerous unguarded hole in the floor. Over all the people were friendly and co operative and I would highly recommend them.
Glass Shower Wall Repair
The whole team at Glass Ninja were excellent!! Anastasia, who took my order, was very personable and professional. When Uri and his team arrived, they were on time, very pleasant, personable, respectful and professional. He advised me the best approach to the repair once he saw the situation with my glass wall. They performed the work exactly how they told me they would. They were very respectful of our home, and cleaned up after the repair was complete. The name of their company is quite accurate, they are truly Glass Ninjas - here and gone, with the only trace of them is their expert workmanship! Thank you very much Glass Ninja.

Good to their word - 4 years later
Late 2018 Vlad's team installed a custom glass shower door for me. There were some issues with the curb cracking that showed up a year later that were half on me, half on them. Vlad agreed to take the doors out for free and put them back after a curb rebuild. COVID hit me and some other medical issues set me back a few years, but in 2023 I contacted Vlad to see if he would honour the deal and he did. Team that showed up did a great job.
