I was very pleased with the window glass repair service by RPJ. The assessment was thorough, all the steps were clearly explained and discussed with me beforehand. Scheduling was quick and convenient. Even on a rainy day, the technician arrived right on time and the work was completed with great attention to detail and care. Highly recommended for their professionalism and quality of service.

Had an issue with a shower door hinge. Riley responded quickly to my initial enquiry, scheduled a prompt appointment and repaired the door in no time. He was extremely fair and professional. RPJ Glass was the only company not to suggest an entire door replacement. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the professionalism right from the get-go. Of the three people who came by to provide estimates, Riley was the only one to get on the roof and make the required measurements. He arrived on-time on the day of the installation and everything was done to expectation. Highly recommend!

Riley showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the job quickly. He even checked another window that I had some concerns about and made some valid recommendations on the windows he repaired. I will not hesitate to use Riley again and recommend him to anyone that needs quick and accurate repairs. The time and cost of the repairs was quite reasonable.

Responsive
Riley was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He was on top on the schedule and worked hard to expedite the project. At completion he did a wonderful job cleaning up. The job was well done.
Window pane replacement
Some kids broke one of my windows with a soccer ball. A neighbour recommended RPG Glass to replace the glass. It was a pleasure to work with them- the quote from Reilly was quick and reasonable, and Andy came to quickly measure and order the glass the next day. About a week later he returned for another half hour and the window looks like new. A quick e-transfer and we were all done. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
