Window Frame Repair
From inspection to quote to repair the process was seamless. I highly recommend Basco for your repair needs. 6 month review: My first impression were incorrect. The window is still leaking from exactly the same place. When the Basco Manager inspected the repair the story changed from "we know what the problem is and can fix it" to "there are no guarantees with water and this is the solution for most people, sorry there is nothing we can do for you now" He then suggested that I have thermal imaging done to determine where the water was coming from . A server that they do not provide and thus was not suggested as a better first step. Had they told me they were guessing I would not have spent $700 to TRY a Band-Aid solution.

Arrived on time . Quick, clean and professional. Window was replaced within the hour. Both technicians very helpful

We had 6 glasses replaced in our home. Sheila provided an exceptional customer service and always provided prompt responses. The crew arrived on time, replaced all glasses and cleaned up. Extreamly satisfied with Basco's work and lower price than most other places we have contacted.

Great service by two gentlemen in record time
Called them on Friday at 1:30pm and the service guys showed up at 3pm and fixed the window in 30 minutes. Very nice guys. Id highly recommend them.
Replace Hardware
This company provided great service. The mechanism to open and close my window broke and window wasnt closing. I spoke with a Basco representative in the morning and she arranged to send out a technician the same day. The technician took the time to show me the issue and explain what was required and resolve the issue.
Window and screen repair
The guys repaired my front awning window as well as my 2 screens. They were both very friendly and respectful of our home as well as being quick to do the repairs that were needed. Just based off of the whole process from talking to the office and the service guys and how fast this company helped me out , I would definitely recommend them to anyone !!
Window PANE replacement
Simon came to measure & confirm quote for large picture window that the seal had broken. While discussing I mentioned I also could hear the wind blowing through. Simon checked the two smaller windows and one of them was starting to separate from the frame. He then also brought I could put E-glass for heat & cold weather. So I agreed. I also appreciated Simon confirming my large window s/B a 4 mm not 3mm as another company quoted for the same price. Simon from Basco came out for a quote on my large picture window pane because the seal had gone. Installation was good too and they replaced wood screws to tighten closure on opening small window.

Dealing with Basco Window was GREAT - from start to finish! Sheila thoroughly answered all our questions, the technician efficiently took final measurements. The installers, Mohamed and Ashkar expertly replaced our window in a remarkably short time. Thank You Basco!! Awesome job.

Very respectful and efficient fixing the window latch that was sticking because of a dip in the middle so new wheels were put in

Replacement of the crank mechanism and locking mechanism was more complicated than expected, but Basco repair men got it done.
