“Our front door was long overdue for replacement, but who to select to do the replacement would be a challenge, given the number of contractors that are out there in the market. My wife had spent some time searching the internet and came across "Alda Windows and Doors". To us it was not a name brand that jumped off the page, much like a lot of contractors that do a lot of aggressive advertising. But the reviews for "Alda Windows and Doors" were very impressive. My wife and I visited the showroom and met with Leo who was very patient and explained every little detail about the doors they manufacture and install. We were very impressed with the details that Leo had provided us. Although the cost was a bit over our budget, we felt we were getting value for the dollar. Our door has finally arrived and has been installed. Wow, we are so pleased with our purchase. The quality of this door exceeded our expectations. Trust me when I say that Leo did not over sell on the quality of the door we selected. I guess he left some of the good stuff out so that we would be more overwhelmed once the door got installed. We had many compliments from our neighbors about our door. The fine gentlemen that installed the door were absolutely professional. We had many contractors over the years doing installations, but none of them comes close to the guys that did the installation for our door. I would highly recommend this team 10 times out of 10. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW FRONT DOOR. AFTER RESEARCHING MANY COMPANIES I CHOSE ALDA WINDOWS AND DOORS TO START THIS JOURNEY, WHICH WAS ONE OF MY BEST DESCISIONS THAT I MADE. LEO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY WHEN I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CLEARED UP ANY DOUBTS THAT I HAD. THERE SHOULD BE MORE LEOS IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. IT WAS A VERY STRESS FREE, EASY, SMOOTH AND ENJOYABLE PROCESS WHICH I HAVE LEO, DIMITRI AND THE INSTALLATION CREW TO THANK FOR THIS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ALL TOP QUALITY (WHICH IS RARE THESE DAYS) FROM THE DOOR TO THE GLASS INSERTS, THE METAL FRAMING AROUND THE GLASS INSERTS AND THE BEAUTIFUL DOOR HANDLE. Great job & workmanship
After searching online and visiting numerous stores and manufacturer showrooms, we stumbled across Alda Windows and Doors and this is where our search ended. Following a short 4 to 6 week wait the day arrived when they came to install our front door - and I must say we were delighted with the purchase. Not only is the door well made, it was perfectly installed. Since installation weve received loads of compliments from family, neighbours and passersby on its curb appeal and questions about where we purchased it. Fantastic!

Front Entry Door
We had such an amazing experience with Alda doors. From the first visit to the showroom to select a new front entry door right through to the installation, everything was seamless. There was no pressure to buy. Their expertise in helping us select style and colour helped us immensely. Installation was clean and thorough and on schedule as quoted. The door is exactly as we chose and looks wonderful in our house.

Extremely Pleased
Found Alda Windows & Doors on Home Stars and am very happy with the product (front door) and service. Received quotes from several other suppliers - Alda not only came in as the least expensive (by far!), but they were the most professional. They adhered to the timeline they committed to for ordering and installation, and left the area clean when the job was complete. I would definitely contact them again in the future if I need any windows or doors!!
Competitive price, excellent quality, reliable and honest
Im sharing this review because I know from experience how challenging it can be to find a reliable company who will be honest and offer a good price. After some of our loved ones got new doors from Alda, we reached out to them (and a couple of other companies) to get a quote. Alda already came highly recommended and we had seen the excellent work they did. Their quote was among the lowest and they sounded very genuine and reliable, so we hired them to provide and install an outdoor door, a sliding door and a screen door. They installed all the doors within a few weeks and we are VERY happy with the work they did. I hope more companies will strive to exhibit integrity, reliable and care like they did. Thank you, Alda! We really appreciate it.

Very happy with our new front door from Alda. The experience and service were excellent throughout the process (site visit and quotation from Leon, our visit to the showroom, measurements, and installation). The price was very competitive compared with other highly rated companies. Most importantly, the installers were very good: excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanliness. They even helped us relocate the wiring for our new doorbell! We would definitely recommend Alda and plan to call on them again for other projects.
