I cant be more pleased with John at black jack. Not only was he personable , he worked fast and did a great job . I would recommend him everyone . The was reasonably priced and well worth every penny .

A big thank you to John from Blackjack. He helped me save $500 from what I suppose to pay for the emergency service. Our furnace and thermostat had no power all the sudden at 8:45pm. I called blackjack from google search and did not know where he located. Turns out he is in Salmon Arm and Im in Vernon, but he did not turn me away, instead doing phone troubleshooting. John instantly knows the issue just by asking few questions and I, have no knowledge but fix it by following his instructions. Really save my night in the cold temperature. Thank you so much.

Thank goodness for Black Jack HVAC! I moved into my home a little over one year ago. A couple of days before Christmas, my furnace wouldnt turn on. I called another company who replaced some parts but warned me that I would soon need to replace the unit along with all the piping and some duct work. The furnace has intermittently worked since the repair. A couple of days ago, the furnace again would not start. Expecting the worst, I called Black Jack to come have a look. Best decision I could have made!! John and Barry arrived right on time. They spent a long time diagnosing the problem (not just looking for a quick, costly fix). They addressed the root cause and now my furnace is working great. Both guys were very friendly. They treated me and my home with respect and left everything spotless. Not only did they make my problem go away, but now I have HVAC technicians that I can trust for any future concerns. Oh, and the price? Less than the service call fee from the other company last year! Thank you John and Barry!!!

I had an urgent need to heat my garage and John was fantastic. I had a quote and install done within 10 days and couldn't be happier with the work. His crew was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. Will be using Blackjack for all HVAC needs moving forward.
