Replace 8- 3ftx5ft windows, modify 8ft sliding door to fix opening to fix a new 8ft x 5ft triple pane living room window and a 6ftx2ft basement window. Worked with the sales person Jake on window selection and type - very knowledgeable The installer showed up a couple weeks before the installation date and confirmed measurements and reviewed choice and modifications to the living room. The crew showed up well organized and were meticulous and very efficient in removing and replacing the windows - laid down floor mats and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. They completed all the work in 3 days amazing - Had scheduled 4 days - windows look amazing and the finishing trim was done very well - looks fantastic A great job by Damon, Darren and Erik - plus a couple guys that were on site doing another job and came over on day one to help out - great team effort.

TJ, Alex, Andrew and Vivek installed 21 triple pane windows in our home. Window installation was very challenging since it involved removing and replacing windows and exterior wood trim for windows in our Tudor style home. Final result was excellent. Windows look beautiful, work well and exterior wood trim looks exactly as it was before windows were installed. Installation team was very kind and professional and completed installation of windows in 4 days as promised. We were happy that they took their time to complete all windows, worked only in daytime hours, and completed thorough cleanup Highly recommended

I certainly recommend Luke and Gerald. Pleasant guys, I enjoyed having them here to install the windows. They are professional and skilled guys. I am a loyal, return customer and was thrilled with my experience , once again with Centra Windows . I like , that they are a family business , established in Langley for years and have regular full time employees, who are respected and invested in the company . All the employees from start to finish were efficient , personable , knowledgeable and hard working !! My initial meet with Shira Hick and Luke Gilliard was comfortable and informative ! My loyalty was recognized and taken , into consideration , with quoted price .. I never felt any pressure to commit and all my questions were answered adequately , from their experience and product knowledge. Shira was an excellent communicator, promptly addressing my text messages and calls .She assisted me, in a variety of ways . My project was promptly booked at my convenience , by efficient office staff !! Windows were installed Nov.20/21 by Luke and Vivek . They were prompt , friendly and very hard working ! They , kindly protected the working area with drop sheets and very respectful of my home . No breaks were taken and a few chocolate chip cookies , sustained their blood sugars and energy level. Windows were installed to my satisfaction and clean and sparkling , following completion of project . I appreciate your hard work . I had a minor issue with a security sensor and that was promptly corrected by TJ and his partner(?) , who also adjusted my ensuite bathroom window , to ease opening ! I have 22 windows and 1 patio door installed by Centra in August. Despite some initial controversy over the style of the windows, the installation was impressive.
