“This company has done a wonderful job to replace Windows and front door of my house. They used a very high quality material and installation was the perfect. I feel my house is a lot warmer now than before. Their installation workers are very competent and decent. I had a very comfortable experience with them. Office workers are also very decent. New windows and front door installation
Crown Windows and Doors did a great job with our new windows and front door installation! We worked with John and he was so helpful from the initial quote to after installation. He provided detailed answers to all of our questions promptly and we never felt pressured into the sale. He also gave us suggestions on what type of windows and door to choose and gave us lots of good advice on the government greener homes rebate. Michael the contractor and his installation team were on schedule and did a perfect job on the installation. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are very satisfied with the job. The whole process of working with John and Crown Windows and Doors was great and we highly recommend them!

John was extremely responsive and knowledge in terms of product as well as government programs for rebates and loans. By replacing the builder windows (roughly 20 y.o. home), the comfort level increased drastically.

I have used this company for past 18 years plus. Received excellent service from this company. Eric my contact is agreat professional and a gentleman. He is very punctual , honest, courteous and simply a great friend. Recently I got 2 sliding doors and a window replace. Cost was reasonable and it was done on time. Michael the installer has a very skillful team and they are great at their job. Very professional. Good workmanship. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Eric and Michael.
Full replacement of all windows and patio door
We chose to have Crown Windows to help us replace all of the windows and patio door on the recommendation from a friend. Our project is a little complicated with 30 windows altogether and many of the windows are arched windows and very big and tall. John, the main contact from Crown Windows, was courteous and professional throughout the entire project. He provided helpful suggestions on the windows and patio door; he was also very helpful and was willing to go above and beyond and helped us right-size some window railings. The project was fair priced and the work was done pretty much on schedule as promised, which is difficult to do for a project this size. The quality of the windows is good and the installation was well done by Michael and his team. I would highly recommend Crown Windows to anyone for similar projects.

Eric at Crown Windows provided sales services and arrangement the technician for measurement and installation. ERic delivered prompt, courteous, and professional services before installation. He also arranged prompt installation on a mutually agreed date. Michael, the installation expert came on the agreed date and time to perform the installation services which was completed on time and up to expectation. Highly recommended Crown Windows if you need to install new or replacing existing Windows and Doors.

Quick, on time, professional, thorough - replace arch window glass
Eric and his team (our installer Alex) are fantastic to work with. Quick, to the point, professional, thorough, always very on time, and helpful. We had our arch window glass entirely replaced due to it severely fogging. Eric provided speedy responses, scheduled next day to measure the glass, thoroughly came back to measure it again just to be sure (because our glass is lopsided), glass was manufactured and delivered within specified timeframe (2 weeks), install was quick, professional and clean. Everything was clear with no delays. Eric and Alex are also very friendly and went above and beyond - our freezer drawer sliders broke that morning and they even stayed to help us fix that! Would definitely recommend them and call them again if needed.
