Ever since I’ve called this company to set up an appointment and for them to come assess my home and installing the heating/AC system, I was pleased with their patience and professionalism in showing myself and my family how to operate the thermostat and etc. I’m more than glad to witness their amazing service. Furnace replacement and AC installation
Wanted to install an AC in my home and eventually settled on a furnace replacement + AC install + energy management device to work within 100A limit of home. Installation went OK, but required some follow-ups to finally meet inspection requirements. Before agreeing to the work I'd asked by email for a specific energy management device to share load between the house and de-energize my EV charger when needed, but resulting install was configured to de-energize the AC unit being installed. Now after 4mo of back-and-forth with Direct Buy Furnace CEO and their sub-contractors, CEO is insisting this was not actually agreed to and that I would have to pay to have the unit reconfigured to my original request and also that I shouldn't need what I'd asked for anyway. I would not recommend working with this company
A/C installation
Initial confusion about A/C model required for size of house, lineset required and slim duct covers needed. Crew installed A/C lineset through interior joists to garage and out to back yard, so less lineset was required, but they neglected to bring the slim duct covers and initially just covered the exterior lineset with black duct tape, which looked terrible. Contacted Direct Buy estimator and 2nd crew came and installed exterior slim duct covers, in a timely manner. Photos showing the duct tape version and the slim duct cover version appear below. Very please with final results.
Some work required, appreciate the follow up
Had hot water installed couple years ago. Had a problem, with some time and effort, Frank got in touch. Appreciated his follow up and his dedication to his reputation and expectation of work performed meeting a standard. Adjusted / tweaked what was necessary and hopeful

Had Nic from Direct Buy out service our furnace. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I discussed air conditioning options and hot water tank replacement with him as well. When we decide to have this work done, I will be calling Direct Buy for a quote. Paul Anderson Coquitlam

Install Trane Furnace and Tankless Hot Water On Demand
Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained how to operate both units ( furnace and tankless water system) and also showed maintenance procedures. Explained how to get assistance if there was a problem and provided contact numbers.

Installation of Heat Pump
I'm building a new house and needed a heat pump system. My husband selected Direct Buy Furnace to do the job and we're so glad we did. We dealth with Frank. He was professional, timely, and competitively priced. We told him we didn't want any bulkheads, as we have 9 ft ceilings, and he made it happen. I felt I could trust him and would recommend him to anyone.
New Furnace
Our furnace was down last Winter when it was getting cold and I needed a replacement right away. DirectBuy, of many of its competitors, were able to promise me a new one installed within the shortest period of time. Their awesome service minimized my time in the cold. I am very happy with their service.
