Great Home Inspection
I highly recommend working with Michael! He was punctual, efficient, and easy to coordinate with. Michael took the time to look at every detail of the house we're buying and he explained things to us in a way we'd understand. He helped us understand the current state of things and how to maintain them over time. He took the time to address all our questions. We were very happy with our inspection and would gladly work with him again!
Inspection of New Build Home
I purchased a new home and got the inspection done. At first I was told by family and friends it wouldn't be worth it for a new home but there were many critical things that were overlooked by the builder and found that I was able to put into my Tarion warranty and ensure it gets fixed. This included missing shingles on the roof, damaged windows and coverings, leaks in the gutter, and cracks in the foundation wall behind insulation. This was 100% worth it to ensure that the builder did an efficient job. Michael was fantastic to work with and explained his whole process!

Professional service
We needed an urgent inspection report before closing our property deal. Michael agreed to perform the inspection on the same day, provided a detailed report by the end of the day and answered all our question's the next morning. Very happy with the service provided.
