“I was looking for someone to replace the storm door to our deck which had got messed up over the years. Luca came by to quote but recommended replacing the whole door with a door with a built-in screen. This didnt feel like upselling, more like good advice. He kept in touch while the door was on order. Came when he said he would. The price seemed reasonable. The work seems very thorough and the new door, frame, and step are definitely an upgrade. I'm intending to use him again for new windows.”

New front door (fiberglass)
We called Lucas Windows and Doors and he came out and took measurements and then provided us with a quote for a new front door. Once we had all the colours and hardware pick Luca came and installed the door. It took about half a day for the removal of the old door and replacement with the new fiberglass door. We have received compliments on our door from family and friends. It was a pleasure to deal with Lucas Window and Doors.
Front Door Replacement
I asked Luca to replace my small 32 inch door with a larger 36 inch door with a small clear glass sidelight. Luca showed me a brochure with different door styles in it and I chose one that would provide privacy but still let in a lot of light for this north facing exposure. Unlike some contractors he was able to install this custom door in less than 2 months. Luca. Luca does a great job installing the trim and caulking so that the finished product looks fantastic.
French Door Replacement
Luca did a great job installing a new French patio door. He was the only company to make an in-person visit to take measurements and explain what the job would entail. Our house is over 90 years old and nothing is really square so the installation required some fine-tuning to ensure a proper fit but Luca did an excellent job making the adjustments needed. He showed up on time, left the patio spotless and completed the bulk of the work in one day, returning the next day to complete some finishing details. Our wait time for the installation was half the time quoted by other companies. I would highly recommend him.
Sliding door and window for back deck
We hired Luca to install a new kitchen window and sliding glass door for our back deck. He provided a range of options for us and ordered the units we selected. The sliding door had to be custom-built, as our frame was an odd size. Luca took a lot of time during the installation to make sure it fit properly and to repair and seal the area around the door frame. The window also posed an issue, as a kitchen countertop had been added after the previous window was installed, which covered the lower third of the window, leaving an empty space on the outside where dirt and insects collected. Luca solved this by replacing the old window with one that fit the new configuration and adding a black metal plate to cover the dead space on the outside, which matches the window frame and looks much nicer. We're very pleased with the work Luca did and the way our new window and doors look. As a result, we've also asked him to replace another of our windows. Luca kept in regular contact with us as we awaited our orders and was very good at explaining everything he was doing with the installations. We'd be happy to recommend him to others.
New Front Door
Luca came to our home and provided various options for our new front door. Once the materials were ready, Luca and his assistant came on time on the specified date. They finished the demo of the old door quickly, cleanly and efficiently. After some adjustments to the frame, the installation of new door and side windows went very well and Luca spent considerable time on the fittings (foam insulation and caulking). Then they cleaned up the site completely. We are very happy with the results and we love our new front door. Thanks for the fantastic job Luca.

Side Door Replacement
We contacted Luca on a Thursday and he arrived the next day to give us a quote on replacing our wonky side door. Since the day we bought the house the door never closed properly and you could feel the cold coming in during the winter. Six days later he was back at our house to install the new side door. It now closes perfectly, with a new deadbolt lock and the trim work is excellent. We have more doors that need replacing and will be using Luca for them also! More photos to follow.
Replace side door to house
Luca is a man of excellent workmanship! I love my new door. The old one was an eyesorepoorly installed and drafty. Luca custom made the new door to my specs. He had a wonky, old structure to work with and made magic happen! His attention to the smallest of details is impeccable. Im looking forward to replacing my front door someday soon and will definitely hire Luca again.

Front Door
Luca is a great guy with great service. We replaced our front door and Luca was very knowledgeable about changing our double doors into one big beautiful door with a sidelight. Would highly recommend Luca for any door project.
Patio Door replacement
Luca is my go to person when it comes to doors. I had to replace my patio door due to break-in and Luca was able to replace the patio door the next day. Luca did a very good job in installing the sliding door. He is reliable and professional, I recommend him always with no hesitation.

Change the front door. Was particular about the details, but Luca was available via text/call to help me decide on the right door. Work was done fast and well on day of installation. Beautiful door replacement
We badly needed to replace our old, cracked wooden front door but everytime we tried, we got overwhelmed. Having contractors come look at it and offer us a giant ugly vinyl box (frame and door) to place on the front of our house was really depressing. When we met Luca he guided us through a catalogue of beautiful steel doors, and steered us toward styles and finishes that would suit our brick facade and also our interior. We went with a wood grain. Luca also suggested a window to add more light to our dark entrance way. Installation day came and the installation was immaculate. The old door and frame, as well as the old screen door, was removed and the new frame and door was expertly installed. I was particularly impressed with the clean workmanship, and the lovely matte black lock set that works so much better than our old one. Above all, I’m glad we went with the wood grain finish. Natural looking and nice colour. With this new steel door and great lock, I feel our home is much more secure. I couldn’t be happier with its appearance, both from the inside and exterior. Beautiful job, thank you Luca!
New sliding doors
We were fortunate to find Luca to replace two old sets of French doors with new energy efficient sliding doors. He first came to give a detailed quote and recommended us a great product. Then when the doors arrived he promptly made an appointment to install them. We are very happy with Luca's quality of work, he did a great job on the doors and you can tell he takes great care and pride in his work. Also a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get new windows or doors!
