Window and Door installation
Very satisfied with my experience using Nordik Windows and Doors to install new windows throughout my home. From start to finish, the process had been excellent. Miguel, the sales consultant was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and always available to answer ALL of my questions, no matter how trivial. Even if he was unavailable right at that moment to answer my questions, he would ALWAYS return my call within a reasonable time. The installers, Andrew and Pablo were excellent as well. They respected my home, were very polite, answered any questions or concerns and made sure they left no trace of their presence behind. They both worked very hard (and non stop) to ensure all my windows and the front door were properly and securely installed. When I was first researching companies to hire for this project, I was a bit cautious due to some of the negative reviews that others have left. But due to Miguel's explanation about the reasons behind older reviews (older company that was bought out by Nordik) on top of the recommendation of a neighbour, I took a chance. And I'm glad I did. The windows look wonderful and I am satisfied with the work.
Top notch picture window.
Great experience from quote to installation. Everyone from sales, admin to installers were professional and efficient. Technology provided routine updates and notifications. Timeliness was perfect. Only wish we'd ordered it earlier.
New windows for my old home
Was looking to get a quote to replace the drafty windows in my newly acquired 1969 home. Was not planning on making a purchase to be honest. However the sales rep that came by explained the government programs available and it was a game changer. Windows were quoted, government application process easy, and installation was very efficient (although I do not recommend in the middle of winter).

Great Service
Our journey with Nordik began with a friendly and knowledgeable sales rep, who effectively explained their windows and doors services. We opted to upgrade our old sliding doors with new French doors. Despite a delay in scheduling the installation, we were pleased with the quality of the doors and the service provided by the installation team. The punctuality and efficiency of the two technicians, who promptly replaced the doors and disposed of the old ones, left us highly satisfied with the outcome.

Double Entry Doors with Transom
New doors really make the house. Great colour and style and perfectly installed. The Nordik reps were easy to deal with and the installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. We are repeat customers.
Replacement of 3 windows
I have used Nordik in the past and was very pleased with their service, in particular with their salesperson Barry Wood. It took less than 3 weeks from the time Barry came to give me an estimate to the installation of my new windows. Barry is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well being very friendly. The installation was quick and tidy and the installers did a great job. My new windows look great!
10s across the board.
We had 12 windows replaced; 5 large which make up a bay window and all the other windows throughout our home. We have now used Nordik for our 2 exterior doors as well as all the windows service is excellent from start to finish. Its great to see that this company is Canadian owned, has no middle man and their installers are from the same company as well. So happy with their service and extremely happy with their products.

Sales and installation were smooth. Customer service also pivoted and helped us adjust a few small items in our order. These guys went above and beyond before and after the sale. Will use the same group for our main floor when its time, thank you Nordik!!!
Manufacture/Install Double Door Entry System with Transom
We contacted Nordik Windows and Doors to manufacturer a new double front door entry system. Our initial contact with Nordik was with Nathan White, who was friendly and answered all our questions regarding our options and solutions for the new doors. Nathans approach to the consultation was not a high pressure sales tactic which we appreciated, and he has continued to be supportive as new questions arise. Not only was their pricing competitive, and their warranty is great, we also were especially keen on using Nordik as they are a Canadian owned family business. We have been pleased with the communication thus far, and Nordiks commitment to keep us informed throughout the manufacturing and installation process.
