Excellent service - lots of valuable information
We bought a house which is 25 years old and wanted to do a home inspection to see what we needed to focus in the next few years. We engaged Power home inspection and Boris had just finished his inspection today. He was very informative, helpful and shared a lot of inputs . Really helpful for a first time home buyer who is new to the country. He looks at every detail and guides us well. At the end of it, we learned so much and we are aware of what issues we have to address. He has taken a lot of pictures and will be sending us a detailed report today itself. Happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for home inspection. Thanks Boris for your time. It was worth the time and money really.

needed home inspection for a 1977 home. and the work was very detailed and thorough. the professionalism was refreshing.

Home Inspection
Boris did a home inspection for us in late 2021. Having worked with 4 other inspectors in the past, I can say that Boris is a true professional that exceeded all expectations with his expertise and attention to detail. He was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable in his answers. He did find several issues with the house. Luckily, they were found early which led to a relatively easy rectification. Boris has earned our trust and loyalty for all future projects related to his area of expertise. We highly recommend him.
