From the date of inspection, their team did a exemplary professional job in finding the exact location of the root clogging the sewer line about 12 feet underground. They worked for about 5 hours to clear the root, replace pipes and ensured with camera that the line was absolutely clear and warranted for 25 years. You can trust them from estimating to completing your job, to your satsifaction.

The workers showed up in time that a clean job digging out the foundation by hand right to the footing cleaning the crack injecting it with hydraulic cement on the inside and the outside and then put protective membrane on the outside of the wall as well backfilled and took away a bunch of exes dirtAnd cleaned up afterwards

We had a job in a basement level retail store where there was groundwater penetration along a wall with an elevator. There was also a floor drain in the elevator pit which needed to be replaced along with a new pipe. Water was constantly leaking onto the floor and the elevator which was a huge issue. This is usually a hectic job, as it requires a lot of digging and demolition. To say I was satisfied with the work, is an understatement. I had priced out this work with several contractors before, and the price came in very high. I had been recommended this company by another contractor that was working for us on this project. Rootorworx came in surprisingly lower than the other bids, and we had a very limited budget for this project. Rooterworx went above and beyond my expectations and carried themselves with the utmost professionalism. They came through and delivered excellent results and were extremely knowledgeable in this area. They had trenched, excavated, installed new pipe and floor drain, weeping tile and membrane, backfilled and concreted well within the agreed schedule. We were able to go in ahead of schedule to complete our work after. We will be hiring them again, no questions. I very highly recommend their services. EXCELLENT work.

Pleased with the work that was done to install the backup preventer. When I looked into it after the 2013 backup, the only one that was quoted was the external model, and it was over $5000. I thought the city would fix the drains (and they claimed to have) but silly me. In 2024 the backup was worse it seems, so I bit the bullet. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was less than I imagined, and Sergio prepared the paperwork for the city rebate. I'm hopeful that the rebate comes through and that sewer backups are indeed prevented in the future, because it seems the city is not capable of preventing them. So far, no problems with matter leaving the house at any rate!
