Bosch Dishwasher Repair
I found these guys highly rated through Google as a Bosch authorized repair technician. I reached out as my 2 year old Bosch dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle, flashing red. I was quote $100 for an initial assessment that would then be waived if I proceeded with a repair. When the guy came, I left him alone and when I came back, he said it just needed some cleaning and my bill was $180. I was shocked because I never got a quote but he said they offered 30 day warranty so I paid and let it go. Same day, the issue returned. I tried to make use of the warranty and after multiple steps (resetting the dishwasher, pulling it out from the wall, etc), they then quoted me $889.31 for additional repair (noting it may not fix anything). I was so frustrated, I went back to Bosch because, although out of warranty, it's crazy to spend $1,000+ on fixing a 2yr old dishwasher. That's when Bosch came back to me that this company is not a Bosch authorized repair technician. So any chance at getting a discount on a replacement part now means I have to hire another technician to assess it.
Fixed kitchen appliance
Serge came to fix the door on my oven when it would no longer open. He promptly diagnosed the issue as a mechanical issue, and not the electrical issue I was worried about. He ordered the new hinge rquired, as well as 2 new knobs which had been broken for quite some time. After the parts arrived he installed them quickly and now the stove and oven are like new . Throughout he was professional, and courteous and gave me some good advice about the oven's self cleaning function.. He was prompt and efficient, and arrived when he said he would. I would recommend his services if your appliance needs repair.
Dishwasher repair and washing machine advice.
Serge gave good advice about not repairing our washing machine and provided great service in repairing our dishwasher.
Dryer fix
The gentleman who serviced the dryer was kind, polite and easy to understand. He was honest and always came on time.
Gas oven problem
Service came on time as scheduled and repair was completed in a very clean, professional manner.

Dryer repsir
The repairman showed up on time after calling first. He took the dryer apart in minutes and quickly identified what was damaged and had all of the replacement parts in his knapsack. Hopefully i will get another 20 years out of this great machine..they just don't make them with the quality and the simple mechanicals like they used to! And honest and skilled repair people like this are not easy to find either.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Refused to pay warranty claim even after the manufacturer approved it.
My Fisher Paycal refrigerator failed after 2. 5 years from date of purchase and was repaired by Spark Fix Appliances after waiting 40 days for parts at a cost of $1671.29. At the time of service the repairer failed to ask the date of purchase or for a copy of the sales receipt. They also failed to let me know Fisher Paycal refrigerators carry a five year warranty on seald components. The refrigerator failed again 2 years later and Fisher Paycal has agreed to cover the cost of the first warrant claim of $1671.29 by sending the money to Spark Fix who then should refund my initial payment HOWEVER Spark Fix Appliances refuses to respond or to refund me the cost of repairs covered under warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Washing machine
The worst customer service I have ever received tech came out fixed the problem then one day later it busted had the run around for the next appointment wasnt happy at all then the tech called me and gave me a time frame which wasnt good for my family. I have a family of 5 and need to wash clothes just wanted a refund and the manager Ester said NO This is the worst company to deal with please stay away

ilya was amaizng! Same day fix! Professional, quick to respond and all was done in 15 minutes! Highly recommend
Repair oven
My built in oven would not turn off properly. Finally it did but I was still worried so called Spark Service Pro. Illiya quickly assessed the situation and calmly reassured me the oven was ok. He explained the situation clearly, checked the electrical panel in the basement and very honestly informed me that no labour was required. I appreciated his honesty and felt reassured about the situation.
Appliance Repair
I received a phone call from Fix Appliances within an hour of posting my request. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem as well as noting a potential problem with the hoses to our washing machine which they also promptly fixed. I was very pleased with their response time and service and I would definitely use them again. My washing machine has been working beautifully ever since.
pls dont recommend replacing unnecessary parts
Based on my comments and observations, the technician recommended a new part for the fridge. I questioned the replacement and received a hostile and non-sympathetic response. It is the technician's job to educate the client and make fair suggestions. If a part is salvageable and can be fixed, why replace it? The cost of parts is very high, and unnecessary repairs shouldn't be recommended. "Fix appliance" is the company name.
Gas stove igniter replaced
Quickly and efficiently did work/repair on time.Oven did not light and stove top made clucking noises. Repairman checked for gas leak too.
Stovetop
Nikolay was awesome! He came in a fixed our stoved quickly and efficiently while walking us through what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
