Repair household appliance: Gas Oven
A simple repair. The repairman was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately he tried to fix a little something extra but it ended up causing a burner to stop igniting completely. Coincidence maybe 🤔!!
Repair household appliance: Refrigerator / freezer
Steve is excellent. Ice maker was not functionig correctly. He reviewed all areas, took temps, showed how tray should be positioned, worked on display settings. No replacement required right now but priced everything out for future.
Appliance Repair
I contacted Valley View Appliances via their website. Discussed probable issues on line and confirmed an appointment by phone. Gave them a card number to cover the service call. The tech arrived at our home at the agreed on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, took great care to protect our kitchen and repaired our oven. We had a second problem with the fridge he could not fix. We set up a followup visit during which the tech, Steve, completed the repair to the fridge. Have not had as good service from a repair organization, ever. Their number and website are now in my contact list.
Bosch Oven Repair
Valley View Appliance was recommended by a friend. Bob was great at explaining the process. Steve the repairman was great. I would highly recommend this company and Steve!
Dryer
Valley View was very prompt at responding to my request and the service man was very respectful of me and my home. He assessed the situation and after approval of the solution, fixed the issue within 45 minutes.

Washer hose repair
The booking agent as well as the technician was professional, friendly and efficient. The technician explained the issue and what repair was required. He also gave me tips on proper care and how to use the washing machine most efficiently. I greatly appreciate that he went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend ValleyView Appliance service.

Technician was on time and provided great service...found kick panel came off when door was opened and caused another kick panel strip to come off. Replaced all and tested the unit for possible leaks and ensured unit was operating properly. Tech used shoe coverings upon entering the house and would recommend Valley View Appliances for further service calls.
Very dissappointed - this guy just wanted his call out fee
I have waited almost 2 years to write this review to see if the bearings would fail as Steve said they would. Steve quoted $700 to repair my 3 yr old washing machine but said it wasn't worth it because there was play in the main tub bearing and it would likely fail in 6 months. Rather than give up on our fairly new washer my husband took it apart and after finding the hose blocked we replaced it. Here we are 2 years later and after replacing a $20 hose washer is ticking along fine. I think that if it isn't a simple repair the guy just says its not worth fixing, collects his fee for coming out and goes merrily on his way. Pretty good gig for 5 minutes work.
