Second time using this company. Dealing with Paul is great. Good attention to detail. Excellent customer service. Will use his services again in a couple of years.
HRV and dryer duct cleaning post renovation
Excellent service by Paul, as always. He took a look at my ducts and showed me most were spotless so only cleaned the ones that needed it. He also identified an incorrectly installed dryer vent cover that could have caused an issue down the line, which I really appreciated. Very honest and knowledgeable guy, would highly recommend.
Honest company
I first reached out to Doug nearly a decade ago to assess my home for duct cleaning. He inspected my ducts and let me know that they look great and do not need to be cleaned. I decided to use their services for dryer duct cleaning. Doug has been very professional, thorough, and detail oriented in his work. So much so that he even noticed that my AC unit was completely blocked which was to my surprise since I had it serviced and cleaned by another company. Clearly they did not do the job properly and Doug brought this to my attention and provided me with advice on how to approach the situation with the other company. I look forward to work with Doug and his team in the future.

Duct Cleaning Work in Wasaga Beach
I contacted this company after reading the positive reviews online and I am very glad I did. Paul reached out to me, explained the process and was very good with communication. The two most important factors for me when deciding to hire a company for this job was pricing and more obviously, the quality of work. They were impressive in both categories. Paul went above and beyond to accommodate and coordinate with the current tenant that was residing at the Wasaga Beach property and completed the job, provided me with pictures and an explanation of the work completed. More than that he identified some extremely important issues that needed immediate attention from the builder (this was a new build). I am extremely satisfied with Paul and his team and I am sure glad I selected them over the daily duct cleaning calls we receive from India lol

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Paul came when he said he would and did a thorough cleaning in a very reasonable amount of time with no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend the company. Unfortunately, many people are reluctant to use this king of service because of the many dishonest operators. This is a Canadian company with upfront quotes and quality service.

The Duct Specialists are amazing. They provide excellent service with professionalism and care to our home. Any questions we have about our furnace system were answered. We have used their service a couple of times and plan to use them again. Highly recommend to others.
Air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning
Jonathan came out to do the job. He was professional and did an excellent job. He discovered and fixed the dryer vent problem that we have had in our home for many years and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them and have them return to clean both the ducts and the dryer vent again. Thank you.
Great service in an area where I’m always nervous
Paul at the duct cleaning specialist was very helpful. He inspected all of the HVAC systems in our new home and advised on what should be done now and what could wait. There was absolutely no sales pressure and I felt like he was being very thorough, but using good judgement in advising us on work. On time, good communication, and fair pricing.
