Wet Basement Waterproofing We reside in Toronto Ontario. Andy, Dushan and the whole team at ACCL Basement waterproofing Company are total professional wet basement waterproofing experts, they did an incredible job on our very complicated basement foundation waterproofing project that involved a large amount of surface water coming in through the foundation walls and ground water coming up through the floor. We had 3 other companies come out to look at our basement before finally finding ACCL Wet basement company, and none of them could tell us how to fix the problems we were having. When Andy came out it was a huge relief. He immediately knew what needed to be done, came up with a clear plan of attack, and sent me a quote 2 hours after he left. Although we had to wait a bit to start the project because these guys are so in demand, the weekend after Andy came out to do the quote there ended up being a big storm and Andy actually called me unprompted and offered to come out on his Saturday off to install a commercial dehumidifier to help keep the moisture levels down until the work could start. Unbelievable customer service -- and just like Andy said, the dehumidifier made a tremendous improvement in the basement! Scheduling everything was also a dream (Ann in the office is the best!) and once the project started, Dushan and their crew were well versed about tackling the job. Although Andy originally thought they could finish the exterior portion of the waterproofing in 6 days, comprising of (French drains, new sump pump, new sump pit, new weeping tiles, new aqua bloc elastomeric membrane, vapor barrier and drainage board on the foundation wall , what about the manual excavation of the perimeter of our foundation. I saw firsthand formidable man power. In 8 days, these men completed the task, it took them extra days because the scope of work was unconventional, split basement with crawl space section, the dilapidated foundation had to be repaired with mortar to refill the joints and the entire foundation parged with cement parging mix. Owing to the fact that ACCL crew were perfectionists about every little detail on the foundation repair, the job took them three days extra. Although the job cost the waterproofing company more money in labour time and material, they didn't charge us an extra penny for the additional time they and their crew spent to make sure everything was done right. They were so compassionate to seniors, explained the entire process of the job as it was done. My family couldn't be happier with the results: our basement has been very dry ever since the project was done over four months ago! We no longer have musty smell or mold in our basement. Thanks to ACCL Waterproofing Company in Toronto.
Wet Basement Waterproofing Repairs Gilbert has been our service technician from ACCL wet basement waterproofing, for the last several years. Last year was our first year in a new home and Gilbert spent a lot of time with me he was so kind to us as he calmly explained how the basement dewatering system worked - sump pump, back-up system, etc. He is a great guy and did an excellent service job. We highly recommend ACCL Waterproofing company for basement and foundation waterproofing work.

Waterproofing of Basement Wall Leak This is the second time we’ve used this company for two different foundation leaks. On both occasions the foundation repairs were completed to our satisfaction. Workmen were very accommodating and the clean-ups were done as well as was possible. We have recommended them to other households.
Basement Foundaction Inspection and Leak Repair We had a leak in our basement with just 10 days to go before Christmas. Not only was it a headache but also unsafe as we found out water was pouring out from the main circuit breaker panel of the home. Fearing the worst, I called ACCL waterproofing to come check out the leak. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response ACCL provided. Henry, was on site within hours, correctly assessed the problem and I got a quote to get the job done. Work commenced just days before Christmas and was finished within 2 days! I have no doubt, I selected the correct professionals for the job!

Repair of Three Foundation Cracks I have nothing but great words to says about this company, from Julie and Taylor in the office , Henry that came out to provide my estimate and especially the two men that showed up to do the work. These men in about five hours dug, by hand down to my footings, did the repairs and had the holes filled in and were gone. The men explained and showed me the repairs and explained what they did. My yard was left neat and tidy and not one spec of garbage was left behind. I used to do concrete wall forming 30 plus years ago and to see the young guy running the shovel I wish our crew would have had ten of him. I apologize I didn’t get their names but the supervisors at ACCL I hope you pass on my thanks and appreciation to your work crew they are a credit to your company. These repairs are more expensive than in-house expoxy injection but you get what you pay for with this company.
Dining Room Ceiling Replaced Positive: professionalism, quality, responsive. I found ACCL online when my dining room ceiling needed a repair due to the water leak. They were great from the beginning to the end. Henry and his crew, and the office staff provided us their service very promptly and professionally. My dining room looks great! We are very pleased with the results. I will be calling ACCL for my future projects.
Waterproofing Basement I have been Having leaks at my home since 2017, I contracted a company in Toronto to perform the work, my basement leaked on the same spot at the next rain fall following the repair. They refused to honor their warranty. In April of 2021,I finally decided to use another company, amongst all the vendors I contracted ACCL to waterproof my leaky foundation, they were prompt, neat and very professional my basement has been dry ever since the job was done.
Waterproofing Basement The work done on waterproofing the basement was fine. Installing the pipe from the sump pump to the ditch, was not a good job.
Fixed Crack in Basement Wall ACCL did an excellent job of repairing the crack in my foundation. They showed up at the time we agreed to, dug to the footing of the foundation, repaired the wall and filled in. No mess and they were finished in 5 hours! Haven’t seen a drop of moisture in the basement since!
ACCL Waterproofing I'm glad that I have found a company that fixed the wall/foundation of the house. But the workers were rushing their job and my brother noticed that they were about to use the old cement. Luckily, their boss came to check on them and told them to buy a new one at home depot. I am glad that they fixed it but the cleanup is not properly done!
Foundation Cracks Patch Up We were happy with the work done and the price was within our budget.
Fixed Outer Foundation Crack Job was done quick and in one day. Had to wait a long time for work to be done... scheduling date was pushed back and I had to reach out to find out when the new date was. I didn’t like that part.
Repair Leaky Basement I was getting water in the basement at the floor level. ACCL checked the areas and advised my weeping tiles were blocked on the outside. They gave me a very reasonable quote and carried out the work in one day. They also gave me a 20 year warranty. I am extremely satisfied with ACCL and would recommend them to anyone.
Repair Foundation Crack We recently had ACCL repair the crack in our foundation. After many different failed DIY attempts and also hiring someone to repair it from the inside we decided to have it professionally done and are beyond pleased with the results. First downpour and no leaks. Right from the initial phone call to the gentlemen who came to do the work we found everyone very knowledgeable and professional. As the job is weather dependent we very much appreciated how we were kept informed as to our status in the queue. Great job by all and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
