Removed Asbestos from Attic I was very satisfied with the work that MoldPro did in removing asbestos from my attic. The crew members were careful and competent and did a good job cleaning up. The final air quality test showed that there was no significant levels of asbestos left in the attic. Peter Sr. and Peter Jr. were responsive and easy to work with. I also found that the cost of the job was very reasonable.

I reached out to him on a weekend needing some mold testing done at home and he was quick to respond and to dispatch his team member over to our place the very next day and perform the testing. Mold Testing After our family and dogs had been experiencing mold related illness for the past year our doctor recommended we obtain mold testing. Our landlord hired a home inspection company that sent out a team of 3 who spent nearly 3 hours checking the 8,000sqft home thoroughly and conducted nearly a dozen air sample tests that revealed toxic mold (penicillium/aspergillus) at levels beyond the danger level of 1000 spores per m3. Our levels were measured at 1,773 spores per m3. The lab sent a very detailed report that took over a week to complete. At our realtors advice, we contacted MOLDPRO to come out and do a second test and identify the source of the mold. They came out within a few days and the owners son showed up alone with an air quality tester that looked about 20 years older than the advanced units the home inspectors used. He was friendly but only spent around 15 minutes in the house and didn’t want to look for mold but only take 4 air samples. Nor did he want to hear about the previous testing and said this test was a first step. After he left we got a report the next day and a voicemail saying “your house is completely healthy! No issues at all.” ?? The report they sent was useless and vague, did not breakdown any of the spore types but did show the same number of spores counted as the detailed lab report from the other inspectors. It also had a yellow danger triangle with an exclamation point in it next to the spore count. Not sure what world that symbol means “healthy”. Nor does it break down the spores / m3 which is essential. When I brought this up to the owner he had zero response and ghosted me. I paid their ridiculous bill although I shouldn’t have and we never heard back from them to qualify their useless test and report. They are unprofessional and just a money grab company. A complete waste of our time and money and now we have had to hire a reputable and professional mold inspection company to perform the second test to identify the mold source so it can be remediated. Don’t trust your health to these hacks.

Asbestos Test and Removal We liked our experience with MoldPro. The work was done consistently and on time - as outlined in the proposal. The site was kept clean. No major trouble was caused to the neighbouring homes. Management was cooperative throughout the project, always responded quickly and with a helpful solution. To Determine if Mold Was Present Very satisfied with Moldpro services and report. They were able to come to property and confirm that no mold was present. The seller did this service as a courtesy to new buyer.
