Waterproofing Our Foundation and French Drain, on a 70 Year Old Home We had a leak in our family room in the dead of winter. As soon as the weather warmed up, RCC came to fix our leak. The crew had to dig the frozen dirt by hand, in order to waterproof our house. Everyone we delt with was very customer-focused, especially J Lachante. Definitely recommend RCC Waterproofing.

Fixed Crack in Foundation Wall Ramy came out to see our water issue. He diagnosed it right away, gave us a clear plan and quote to fix it. We hired RCC and Darwin came in with the crew and did a great job! No more leaks. Very happy with RCC's team and service from start to finish.

Basement Water Mitigation RCC trenched around inside perimeter of basement walls, installed pipe in trench, installed sump pump with discharge outside to yard, installed heavy duty membrane on walls to direct moisture into trench, and covered trench with new concrete. They arrived when they said, and preformed all work within the time frame quoted. There were no extras - even when faced with some extra thick concrete floor; the quoted price was firm. The crew was polite and courteous. They answered all the questions we put to them. The city inspector was well pleased, and approved the work without issue. There was noise, vibration and concrete dust, but nothing more than was to be expected. Everything was cleaned up and all rubble removed. Sales (Jeffery) and office staff (Lachante) were all very good to deal with. Jeffery was excellent before, during, and after the sales visit/quote process. We would use RCC again, and can recommend them without reservation.

Cement Foundation Repair Mauro was contacted to remediate a foundation crack on my house. Ryan and his crew were quickly dispatched to dig an outside trench, patch the crack, and refill the hole with dirt. The crew did a great job showing speed, professionalism and cleanliness. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

Basement Waterproofing As per the review instructions I will try to be specific. 1. The salesperson took time to educate us about the process, the options, and how to proceed. 2. There was no pressure from the salesperson, I would give his name but not sure about privacy here. We had a family emergency and had to delay by a couple of months and he was nothing but understanding and great to work with. 3. Once booked the crew showed up on the day promised and finished the job within the estimated time. And on budget. Always appreciated. 4. Not sure how to be specific about this, but the crew that came to do the work was great. Appreciated how hard they worked, and they were a bunch of nice guys. 5. We are picky customers and after the job was completed the crew chief came back twice to address things I wasn't sure about. It is a good feeling knowing they stand behind their work and take time for you even after the job. 6. We had trouble finding a company for the job, were not sure what we needed, and had no idea how to proceed. I am so glad we found RCC and went with them. 7. We recommended them to our neighbor for a small job and he was happy with them and their work.

Repaired Basement Water Leak We discovered some water entering our basement after a rain storm. Reaching out to RCC for a quotation, Mauro was very quick to respond and was able to immediately identify the issue after inspecting our basement. He offered a very reasonable quotation and was able to help us schedule in the work (even during his vacation) to help expedite the repairs. Anthony Jr. and the crew carried out the repairs quickly and professionally. They made sure the job site was cleaned up and spotless after the work was done. Exterior Waterproofing I was referred to RCC and am very happy with the outcome. I contacted Ramy and he came out to look at my property within 48 hours. He quickly assessed where the damage was happening and what was necessary to fix it. The price was fair and they were able to come soon after I signed the contract. A crew of 3 showed up on time, as expected. The team lead, Kiddy, was excellent. He introduced himself, explained what they would be doing and checked in throughout the day. At the end, you could barely see the work because they brought the area back to what it had looked like. I’m very happy with the work and I think my basement will be staying dry in future! I highly recommend their service.

Basement Leak Repairs I had RCC Waterproofing repair 2 notable leaks on the east side of my home last summer. From the ease of dealing with the sales rep (Mauro), thanks to his invaluable knowledge and experience to the organized and well co-ordinated team effort by the crew, the repair went according to plan. Given that I have another leak that requires repair on the west side of my home, I'm not hesitating to have Mauro and his team complete that repair this fall. The fact that there is a lifetime warranty on their work should give any home owner the confidence to work with RCC.
