Home Inspection Vahn did a very thorough job in my home inspection. After a section of the house was inspected, Vahn would explain in detail what he found and what his recommendations are to remedy any issue. There were many issues with the property that I wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for the inspection. The inspection report was very detailed (and surprisingly long), including useful pictures and descriptions of all deficiencies.

Home Inspection I purchased a house close to 40 years old. My main concern was the flat roof. I booked an appointment with Solex online. It was easy and had the option of morning or afternoon. Prior to the actual appointment time, I received confirmation of the date and time. On the day, our inspector Vahn was on time and prepared with ladder and any necessary equipment, including his slippers! I was told to allow for 4 hours. I thought at the time there was no way it would take that long. But it was pretty close to that when we were done. Vahn was very thorough with the outside first, pointing out problems as we went along, taking the time to answer our questions, as well as taking lots of photos. Then we started inside. Same level of service as well, and pointing out quite a few things we did not even realize could be a problem. This included plumbing and electrical issues. He also did the thermal imaging to check for dampness in all areas, including the garage roof and basement. I'd also like to say I had both my buying agent AND the agent that sold my previous residence with me for the inspection. They were both quite pleased with the level of service I received from Vahn. (BTW my selling agent just sent me a text that he would definitely use Vahn when I mentioned I was doing the review.) I received the inspection report by email from Vahn the next day as promised. It was quite thorough and mentioned everything he had come across at the inspection. It was a lot for me to remember! The report included lots of photos, and diagrams, and he also checked if any of the appliances have recalls, etc. I would definitely recommend Vahn to anyone looking for a home inspector. Being my first time using one, I had no one to compare too. I was very pleased. AND having two seasoned professionals with me who were pleased too, I knew I had made the right choice. Thanks Vahn!

He takes the time to explain all the small details and tells us his insights and recommendations. We highly recommend Vahn/Solex Group. We are very satisfied with his services, worth every penny!
Home Inspection Vahn arrived on time (a little bit early actually) and took me along on a thorough and understandable home survey. He took photos and showed me where things needed work and explained why. The report that we got online afterwards contained everything we needed to fix some things ourselves and the information to bring in a professional. A good value for us.

Home Inspection I found Vahn through his website and decided to seek his services. I was very impressed how thorough Vahn was. Very nice person and was able to communicate well. He even went up to the roof to do an inspection and pointed out a lot of things I would have never knew or guessed. After the inspection was over, he was able to provide an extremely detailed report on the same day ! Equally impressive was the fact that even after the inspection, he is available for any questions or concerns that you may have and will have for as long as you own the home -> Now who provides such amazing service ???? I would HIGHLY recommend Vahn, if you want to truly have an amazing home inspection experience.
