“Bathroom Reno We have counted on The Renovators for 2 bathroom renos. They did such a great job with the first that we hired them again for the second, when we required a reliable and exceptionally done reno for my Dad, who's a senior and came to live with my husband and I. The bathroom pre-reno, had steps and a bathroom/shower insert that could have been a major tripping hazard for my Dad. Kevin and team made the bathroom safe. Thank you also to Lisa for her exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend The Renovators!”
“Kitchen Reno We did a Kitchen Reno with the Renovators. We are a repeat customer. They renovated the bathroom in our Master Bedroom a few years ago. This time around we wanted to change our kitchen cabinets, change the back splash and add a new Range hood to refresh our kitchen. Changing cabinets would have mean’t changing the counter tops to match the cabinets. All this would have exceeded our budget enormousley. Kevin instead suggested other options where we only needed to build a bulkhead and paint the cabinets to match the existing kitchen counter and floors. Thus saving us money. Lisa helped us choose the colour of the cabinets. Jordan too has a good eye for colour and design. Pricing is reasonable. Kevin and Lisa help work with the Budget by providing suggestions. The team shows up every day, and work all day to meet the deadline they have provided. The Team cleans up after them everyday before they leave. Kevin and Lisa communicate what is happening, what is about to happen and what will happen in a few days. There was never any guesswork nor a worry that the team would not show up. Never a worry of the work not getting done. Lisa will inform you of the schedule, in advance, should it change. If there are any issues with anything along the way, you just have to inform Kevin and Lisa and it will be addressed. The job is not completed for them till the client is satisfied and everything is working as expected. They don’t leave any issues ( even minor) unaddressed. They will come back to rectify it. They have proven to be trustworthy and provide 5 star service. We definitely recommend The Renovators for any home renovations.”

Home Improvement This is our second time using Lisa and Kevin from the Renovators who are a pleasure to work with the first time they renovate the basement this time we renovate the guest bathroom, installed slat walls on our basement walls, fireplace wall and kitchen island also got a closet organizer installed. They took care of the plumbing and the electrical which save us time! Also a few important things for us were that they were here when promised kept things clean at the beginning and end, did not make excuses and had a good crew (shout out to Jordan great guy) Thank you Lisa and Kevin
Bathroom Renovation I'm so pleased with my bathroom. It's beautiful. I love the black accents with the grey and white tiles. The Renovators helped me choose the accessories when I needed help. But when the work started I was impressed with the quality of their workmanship. They used the Schluter products to prepare the shower and floor so I don't have to ever worry about leaks. Their tile work is so neat and straight. And every night they cleaned up before they left. They even checked the driveway for screws to make sure I didn't get any stuck in my tires. I would highly recommend them to do any renovation. They stuck to the quote, so there were no additional costs.
Renovation / Repair I had a hole in my ceiling left by a previous contractor, and The Renovators came in and completely exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and incredibly clean — they treated my home with so much care. The work was done beautifully, and you honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend The Renovators to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a team you can trust!
Renovation of Main Floor Choice: We wanted to do a full floor renovation, including Kitchen and got a few quotes. Knowing the scale of the renovation and the anxiety that comes with that, we chose the Renovators based on previous experience. In all previous engagements, the workmanship has been solid and the timeframe and budget was adhered to. Knowing that, it was all about managing the unknown - we had never done something at this scale and it was important to have a full picture of what we were getting into. Pre-inspection: Kevin and Lisa from the Renovators did a pre-inspection/measurement and talked about what was possible and what was not possible. They took the care to understand and to keep us informed before breaking down walls. After the pre-inspection and review, the quote came with a full disclosure of what was about to happen. Knowing them, I knew this was a real quote and not some pie in the sky guess. There were no future changes unless we decided to change something during the renovation. Renovation: The thing to me that sets this team apart from everyone is that they show up every day, with the necessary team of people and work all day. There is progress that you see all the time. At each step, Kevin and team communicate what is happening, what is about to happen and what will happen in a few days. There was never any guesswork. Never a worry that the team would not show up. Never a worry of the work not getting done. Post renovation and client management: Possibly the biggest aspect that sets The Renovators apart is the client management. The job is not done until YOU say it is. If there are ANY issues with anything that you see along the way, you just have to inform Kevin and Lisa and it will get addressed or changed. Should there be any added information required for the change, Kevin will have that conversation offering his experience and suggestions, but in the end, he always maintains that the decisions are yours and you have to be happy with them. He and his team will work tirelessly to get to you being happy when it is all done. As with any renovation, there are things that need to be addressed afterwards. Things that happen when the dust settles or just some tweaks. Kevin and team know this and - again with the client management - communicate that while "completed", they have a known timeframe where they come back and address anything you find. It's a guarantee for satisfaction. All this shows the integrity of the team surrounding anything they do. Integrity is what you want for a company doing any changes to your home. Any elephants in room: With any large scale renovation, there is going to be mess. With mess, there is going to be probably some unplanned dust, nails, bits that make there way into places that you were not planning to have those. Keep in mind that you are having construction done on your house. It's a construction site when the start and they will clean up in the end, but during it, the client should be prepared for the dust and mess. There can be accommodations made prior to, but the team is there to get the job done and that's what they do. It would probably take twice as long for the renovation if each day, there was a major cleanup and inspection of any loose bits around. For us, we handled the sweeping and vacuuming ourselves (in an effort to keep the dust in control) during the renovation which was fine for us. It's just something that people should be prepared for. Overall: We definitely plan to use The Renovators again for our next renovation. The integrity both in workmanship and philosophy of management is unmatched.
Instaled Laminate Floor in Basement Fabulous work by the Renovators, again!!! We are always impressed by the teams' work and they did not disappoint the flooring turned out great. The team is professional, punctual, courteous, take pride in their work. I will definitely contact Renovators for any future renos.

Tiling and Kitchen Upgrade We initially hired the Renovators to retile the main floor entrance and the kitchen. It looked amazing and one thing led to the next. Kevin is the master of ideas you will not see on any television show. He gave us an idea on the kitchen, it didn't seem to make sense, but we trust him, and boy, he right on. A few tweaks here and there, and we have the most beautiful kitchen you can imagine. With ugraded cabinets we now have so much more storage, and one of the tweaks have made the kitchen so much more spacious. It's unbelievable what they were able to achieve. A few friends who have seen it are blown away by the transformation. This is our fourth project with them, and we never even consider anyone else. If you have a project, I recommend the Renovators. They will surprise you in a good way. On time, on budget, professional, friendly, thank you Lisa, Kevin, Jordan, Alex and the crew.
Hallway and Stairs Renovation What can we say, Kevin and the team knocked this renovation out of the park! This is our 3rd time using The Renovators and we are very pleased with the result. New tile in the foyer; new hardwood stairs; new hardwood on the second floor; and a complete refresh of paint on the walls. The demo was quick and the team did their best to keep the work space clean and organized. The work was completed on time and on budget. As per our experience, we knew that the project would fit our budget and be completed without issue. We even added to the project, and The Renovators refreshed the powder room and painted the kitchen ceiling. Both of which were tired and needed some TLC. Thanks to Lisa, Kevin, Jordan, Alex, Josh, and the rest of the team! We need to find another project .... :)
Complete Basement Renovation We recently had our basement renovated by Kevin and his team. It was a blank canvas to start. Now we have a beautiful family space to enjoy. It has a large tv area. A 3 piece washroom. A bar and office area. We also have a large dining area. Also a guest bedroom and tons of storage. The guys Alex and Jordan were there every morning promptly. They worked hard all day. They were meticulous about their work and it shows. They left everything clean every night. The best thing g was when Kevin and Lisa said a time line and price. That is the timeline and price. I would recommend this team to anyone who want a renovation done quickly and done the right way. Thank you so much Kevin Lisa Alex and Jordan. I will have more jobs for you to do in the future.
Basement Renovation This is our second time working with the Renovators. Kevin and his crew were amazing to work with and their workmanship was great. Lisa kept us everyone on time, on budget and answered all of our questions. We love our basement!
Outdoor Lighting & Smart Switch Installation The Renovators installed flooring on our entire main floor a couple years ago. We were very happy with their work. Last week they came back to install outdoor lighting. Once again the work was done quickly & with great quality. They even came back the next day to install a smart switch so the lights were functional to my needs. Whether the job is large or small, I can always count on quality work from them. The Renovators are great!
Pool Installation I had a semi inground pool installed by Kevin and his crew. They provided professional services by working with me to design the layout of the equipment, being flexible as I added additional work along the way, keeping with all timelines given, and helping with all permits needed. All work was completed by code and every step was outlined to me along the way. They completed all the work with the highest degree of workmanship. I have many other indoor projects that need to be completed and will hire Kevin and his team everytime...I highly recommend them!
The Renovators We’re very please with the work that The Renovators did for us. Recently they added a door to go to the garage from inside the house that helped a lot during winter times. We have been using the company for yrs. They’re very respectful, the timing is is great and the budget was absolutely within us. Complete Condo Design and Renovation This is our second time using The Renovators to complete a significant upgrade to our condominium. We had a design and budget in mind, and Kevin and the Team completed the full renovation on time and on budget. The best part is that Kevin and the Team were trusted to complete all of the updates with little oversight by us. We often came by the condo unannounced, and work was being done well and with little disruption to the neighbours. That's our level of trust with Kevin and the Team. We plan on doing some additional work with another property in 2025 and we will simply make a call to The Renovators as there is no need to go anywhere else! Flooring Replacement I have just completed my second project with the Renovators. As usual, I am completely happy with the quality of their work. The basement they completed about fifteen years looks as good as new. You can count on them for being punctual, professional and great to get along with. kitchen/Basement/Bathroom Reno I have been using the Renovators on several occasions since 2009, including renovating my basement with a new bathroom. Then a major main floor kitchen, living and bathroom reno. They have been here several other occasions for smaller projects. The quality of the work they do is outstanding. Always within the budget and quote. Many of my neighbours have used the renovators as well after they have seen what has been done at my house. I will always call Lisa first if I need something done. I highly recommend them for any home renovation project.
