Kitchen Ceiling Lighting Redesigned, Wall Sockets Replaced and Small Maintenance Jobs Two by 4 has good ideas and pays attention to detail. I have found them helpful with suggestions, willing to do small projects, straightforward, and appear at the specified time. I think they have an excellent work ethic.
Kitchen Renovation Two By 4 did a full kitchen renovation. Wayne and his team are extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and efficient. Our kitchen looks amazing! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. This is now the second time we’ve had Two By 4, the first being our master bathroom.

Float Home Repair and Renovation - Exterior/Interior “WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!” My wife and I needed to jump back into the home repair/renovation pool again, as our home was in need of some attention. After a previous bad experience with another contractor, we were apprehensive to engage with another. We discovered Two By 4 Ventures, did some homework and put our trust in our choice... WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!. Wayne and his crew (Craig and Meghann) were easy to communicate with. They showed up when they said, were clean, organized, friendly and polite. Most importantly they were professional and did top quality work on our projects. The attention to the finer details was incredible. We were so impressed that we have made arrangements for them to do additional jobs in the Spring of 2021. And we look forward to having them come back. Complete Business Renovation Wayne and the team at Two by 4 Ventures brought our commercial business dream to life. From electrical, plumbing, permitting and custom wood work. We wouldn't be open and operating as a corner store/cafe right now if it wasn't for this team. Wayne and his team are approachable problem solvers that come with years of experience in dealing with local municipalities and various trades. They worked through Covid measures to keep everyone safe and were very professional all steps along the way.
Kitchen Renovation We really enjoyed working with Two by 4 Ventures for the following reasons: -Design work was included which saved us from having to seek out and pay for an external designer to construct the new kitchen layout. -Two by 4 offered solutions and kitchen configuration ideas. It was helpful having a collaborative approach to come up with the most optimal kitchen layout. -The team was flexible when we chose to tack-on several small construction projects in addition to the kitchen renovation. The quotes for these were also provided in a timely manner. -Overall, the estimated budget was updated regularly. -Wayne and his team were easy to communicate with and were transparent when issues arose/decisions on our end needed to be made. This made the renovation process quite smooth. - In summary, we are super satisfied with the renovation work completed and have been thoroughly enjoying our updated space. We would definitely recommend Two By 4 Ventures for any home construction needs!
New Bathroom, Completely Changed Entrance, Redesign Fireplace, Kitchen Back Splash I would highly recommend Two by 4 Ventures. They provided a complete quotation before work began. They started when they said they would and the work they did was second to none. They always communicated so there were no surprises and would offer helpful suggestions. If there were any issues (minor) they were on top of it. We are going to do our kitchen and downstairs in the future and we would only use them.
Complete Renovation of Main Floor Including Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room Wayne and his team provided excellent service. Once we discovered that the design plan we had in mind was not going to work, Wayne quickly came up with a Plan B that we are thrilled with. Wayne's budget and timeline estimates were accurate. He provided sound design and decor advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Any concerns we had were promptly dealt with to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Two By 4 Ventures for a similar project.
Complete Build Out of the Interior of a Multi Room Professional Office I had a very positive experience with Two by4 Ventures. This was my first time hiring a contractor. I interviewed 5 different contractors and Wayne was the most communicative and honest as well as had the most experience doing commercial builds in my area. The build out of my unit looks phenomenal! Incredible quality craftsmanship on all levels. He has cultivated a great team that are very skilled and personable and they have great attention to detail. Other things that I can commend them on was keeping me closely in the loop with what was happening during the build out, Wayne's expert navigation of the insane minefield of permitting and inspections with the municipality, his incredible patience explaining things that I didn't understand as well as accommodating my seemingly strange requests along the way (yes, I would like that many outlets installed there please!!!) I would recommend them to anyone!
Updated Ceilings / Updated Lighting Two By Four identified the best ceiling upgrade, supplied a detailed lighting plan. They arrived on the pre-scheduled day and were finished on the day they promised. The invoice matched the quotation. The crew were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. What more can you ask for.
Built Shed, Fence and Patio, Blacktopped Large Areas and Did Touch-up Work to Finish I found Two by 4 Ventures on the internet, after two previous builders didn't follow through on appointments on time. Wayne always came when he said he was coming, (or emailed ahead to change a time). He gave quotes promptly and did the work without adding hidden costs. He gave us his personal time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, and made very useful suggestions. The people who work for Two by 4 are gracious and helpful, and do very good work. All in all, it was an exciting undertaking.
Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation Wayne and his team are extremely friendly and approachable yet offer a superb standard of excellence in their work. They did everything to ensure that we were completely satisfied with what they completed, and all within a very reasonable budget we could afford. I highly recommend them and would have absolutely no hesitation in calling on them in the future.
Building a Carport and Fence Replacement Two by 4 Ventures made a very nice carport and replaced the fence for our property in Summer 2017. The work was timely done and they took over the matters with the City, permits, etc and their price was very reasonable. We met with the two by 4 Ventures and told them what we had in mind in terms of making a carport and storage in our back yard as well as replacing the fence. They provide us a very useful plan and dealt with all the permits and city related jobs. I could always get a hold of them and talk to them about changes in our plans and budget. Last they go above and beyond to make sure they meet your expectations within your budget. Very happy with the work done in our place.
