Quand Philippe est arrivé chez nous pour l’installation, il a identifié qu’un produit différent de ce qui avait été entendu lors de la signature du contrat répondrait mieux à nos besoins. Pas de problème, malgré la journée d’installation réservée, on la reporte à la semaine suivante pour lui permettre de commander l’unité nécessaire. L’installation s’est super bien passée et le service après-vente est efficace. Ils nous ont aussi supportés pour faire la demande de subventions d’installation de thermopompe avec Hydro Québec.”
