The furnace stopped working and once I asked for service on Homestars, I received a message and a call within the hour. The person on the phone helped me troubleshoot the situation (a loose wire on the board) and we were able to fix the issue without a service tech even having to come over. I really appreciate the care and priority they gave to a customer over anything else.

My furnace was igniting and temperatures had dropped considerably. I posted on Homestars and within minutes I received a call from Louie at Consumers Choice. Louie was pleasant, very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He was very honest and I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues!

Louie and Adrian are extremely kind and responsive. Louie went over all our options for fixing or changing our basement heat source. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable in radiant heating. He quickly went through and learned our system and taught us a bit about it. Really appreciate all their help and very happy to have found a great heating and cooling company for any future projects. Thank you Adrian and Louie!

Louie was extremely helpful. He practically saved me from having to buy a new AC unit. Plus removed debris first then hose it down.

Fast and efficient response to emergency call for air conditioner in extreme heatwave - Louie was immediately able to triage the issue and a quick fix resolved it! Knowledgeable and full of good advice for ongoing maintenance .
