Le vendeur s'est trompé et il m'a fait installé des fenêtres coulissantes qui ne s'ouvraient que d'un seul côté pour des fenêtres de chambre de sous-sol. Je lui avait spécifiquement dit que ce modèle ne m'intéressait pas parce qu'il s'agit de sorties d'urgence en cas de feu et que ça laisse une ouverture trop petite. Le vendeur m'avait dit qu'il ferait des recherches et qu'il me rappellerait s'il pouvait avoir un produit qui répondait à mon besoin. Il m'a effectivement rappelé pour me dire qu'il avait quelque chose à me proposer et en plus, c'était le même prix. On a signé le contrat et il s'était trompé dans sa commande. Au moment de l'installation, il m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi et qu'il fallait que je garde ça. Comme mes anciennes fenêtres étaient déjà en morceaux sur le terrain, je les ai fait poser. Il a fallu que plusieurs semaines de négociation et que je paie plusieurs centaines de dollars pour que le boss du vendeur corrige son erreur. Les fenêtres sont de belle qualité, mais la 2e pose a été botché par rapport à la première et je suis très déçu de l'expérience.
