I came across Falco designs in 2020 for some landscaping work needed in the backyard. Old cabana needed to be torn down and replaced with modern Gazebo. Turned out the existing cement slab needed to be replaced. This was out of scope from the initial quote. Paul offered to quote for the removal and replacement of the slab … A job that would easily add 4 days of work at a time where finding a team to get this done would have been next to impossible. The end result made our yard the envy of our friends and family. The sweat equity required ( half day of jack hammering the existing slab / ordering a cement truck for a half day and endless wheelbarrowing to and from the backyard ) was astonishing. Grit and heart has no price. Both Paul and his team delivered in a manner that exceeded all of my expectations. At a price was beyond fair. Have no doubt on the quality and honesty of this company and it’s owner who will treat you with respect and make it right.

We just moved into our new home three weeks ago and had lined up the trades to do the work required which was supposed to be completed in two. There is a very long story attached to that but those contractors completely abandoned us and took off with the money. We were utterly heartbroken and needed help. Paul’s name came up from a friend and we contacted Falco immediately. They came to our rescue and not because they had the time, they were so busy already as you can imagine but squeezed us in between jobs so that the house could be safe for us and our two rescue dogs (there was exposed electrical everywhere, ceiling, walls, etc). They worked miracles in the two and a half days they had. We cannot thank them enough, they were so professional and actually fixed several mistakes that we didn’t even know the previous company made. I can honestly say that you shouldn’t have any reservation hiring Paul and his team. I cannot put into words the peace of mind they gave me and our family. Paul and his team at Falco General Contracting did an excellent job of revitalizing our backyard. They're scope included re-grading and re-sodding the entire lot, installing a rock garden, planting some new cedars, and installing new interlock around the house and deck. Paul maintained regular communication with us throughout the entire process, and he and his crew did an excellent job on each aspect of the renovation. With very reasonable pricing and top-notch workmanship, we could not have been happier with the end result, and we would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a landscaping contractor. Paul and his amazing team were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, got the job done (in the extreme, horrible heatwave we were having) and on-time at a fantastic price. Very professional, creative, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. After receiving several quotes from various others I found Falco General Contracting on Home Stars and hired him based on his fantastic reviews, am I ever glad I did. My project involved putting up over 250 feet of retaining wall with integrated flower bedding, privacy fencing around my property along with grading and sodding of my backyard. From start to finish Paul and his team conducted themselves with professionalism, they were clean, on time and listened to my every concern along the way.
