"Just FYI, I was forced to write this review: When a contractor promises to show up in a certain window of time, and then does. When they have the gall to text you to let you know *exactly* when they'll be there... then has the audacity to show up at that time. When they proceed to carefully explain how everything works; what they're doing; and the best methods to maintain the A/C, furnace and fresh air exchangers (even though I didn't ask). When they're personable, knowledgeable, professional, non-pushy and even the dog loves them. It left me with no choice but to write this disparaging review and rebook them for an annual visit, so I can rant about them every year. If you're looking for someone who exudes experience and competency - for HVAC - H&R Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air! [this review was edited from a copy of my past HVAC reviews... it will be my final for HVAC, obviously]"

"Harry and Ravi both came out to replace a circulator pump on our boiler system. The company that installed the system didn’t even return our call. This father son duo were very friendly, helpful and answered all our queries. They arrived with the part in less than 24 hours and the job was priced reasonably. We will definitely be telling friends about H&R!"
