Anthony at Northwest Gas responded quickly to my request for a quote and availability. His team showed up on time and effortlessly completed the project within the day and cleanup afterwards. I would definitely recommend Northwest Gas.
OMG so satisfied with this Company, right from my first call, to the end invoicing! And the installer VJ was so courteous and knowledgeable, went above and beyond.cannot thank you guys enough/ If you want fast, reliable, courteous and reasonable cost CALL THEM
Phil got us a quick installation date after our water heater broke. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Jordan and Tyler who installed the new water heater were very friendly and helpful. They were able to move the new unit to a better location near the furnace so no one can see it. They did the job in 5-6 hrs and it works well. Very happy with everyone on this team and would recommend them for those needing help with the water heaters.
Can't say enough good things about this company. Anthony took his time to properly diagnose the problem and fixed our furnace right before the real cold winter weather started. Even with supply issues related to COVID they got the part that was needed as quickly as possible and even supplied portable heaters to keep my family warm as we were waiting for the part. I would use them for any HVAC related work and recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks again!
