September 21, 2021 they didnt show up when appt was made ! plumber called and asked me to send pics i did and never got a response !! horrible customer service!!!

February 21, 2018 I am a very satisfied customer. They are indeed very fast and reliable. Its really great that they have 24 hour emergency service that resolved our faucet and drain issues even at the middle of the night.
October 1, 2012 ### What great experiences with a first class company I have now used this company for five different jobs in my home over the last two years including installing hot water tanks, shower plumbing, faucets, water filtration and miscellaneous valves etc. Each time the consistently high level of customer service and quality of work impressed me. There team of plumbers and office staff showed respect for me and my home while completing the work in a timely fashion. The owner even took the time to research a specialty sump system with battery backup that after installing for me resulted in two more being purchased by neighbors. If you are looking for a fair price for great service you can rely on Hayes Plumbing.
