Bonjour, J'ai embauché Le groupe Construideas pour faire du calfeutrage et également pour brancher une plinthe de chauffage et brancher un gradateur. Le monsieur était super sympathique et le calfeutrage à été bien effectuer. Par contre, la plinthe de chauffage avec thermostat électronique à été branché du mauvais coté ce qui fait que j'ai dû aller la reporter au magasin pour défectuosité afin de la remplacer. Pour ce qui est du gradateur, il m'avait conseiller d'acheter un gradateur avec une boite plus mince car l'espace était insuffisante dans le mur. Alors quand il est parti l'interrupteur pendait avec les fils et n'a jamais fonctionner. J'ai réussi à rejoindre le monsieur une fois pour lui demander de me guider afin de brancher la nouvelle plinthe et cela n'a jamais fonctionner. Par la suite j'ai laisser à mainte reprises des messages sans succès. je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel! :( J'ai fais appel à un électricien cette semaine pour brancher de nouveau ma plinthe et changer le gradateur pour juste une switch on et off car il était impossible d'installer un gradateur au final et j'ai dû débourser $400, alors que j'avais déjà débourser ($300) Le groupe Construideas pour le faire. Alors, je ne suis pas une cliente satisfaite. Et plus jamais je ferai affaire avec soumissionrenovation.ca
