I was looking to convert my basement washroom from a tub to a walk-in shower to make it more accessible for my elderly mom. Yoram was easy to work with and very responsive. It took a week to complete and price was reasonable compared to other companies. I'm very happy with the work done. Will need to fully test it out but I would recommend this company.

We called Luxxe Build to come in and have a look at our basement and bathroom project. They had some creative ideas about what floor would be best suited. Given that my basement has a lot of moisture, we were able remediate some of the studs and in some cases had replace others then we insulated the walls and installed a vapour barrier to all the exterior walls- which surprisingly were not already there. We ended up having to change out all the drywall panels and made it all new again. We decided to have a an engineered flooring installed as well as some LED pot lights in he ceiling. We also remodelled the bathroom at the same time and converted our tub into a walk-in shower with custom glass enclosure and changed out the vanity and floor tiles. Yoram the owner was very friendly and gave us really great service! Helped us choose finishes and came with samples. His prices were competitive compared to other contractors and were absolutely happy recommend him to our friends and family for any home remodelling projects.

We hired Yoram to act as the general for helping us with a 1.5 bathroom renos. Yoram came exactly on time for when he said he would be for the initial quote and made appearances throughout the project to check on the status and assist with some finishing touches himself such as trim and transition pieces. He was prompt and for the most part, professional. Yoram met us at the tile store and made some worthy suggestions of tiles and helped us pick out a matching black shower kit to go with our Costco purchased floor and sliding glass door. Yoram agreed to work with the already purchased shower floor base and sliding glass door from Costco as he wasnt able to compete with the pricing they offered and recognized that we wouldn't be moving forward if we weren't able to use them due to our budget. Yoram brought in a fabulous glass installer and plumber. Very kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would wholeheartedly recommend both of these subtrades. The tile work is the instance where we had some issues, and mostly the reason for my lower review. Since Yoram acted as the general in this project, I hold him to be accountable for his subtrades. The tilers did fine work, but they required some considerable follow-up. They did waterproof everything properly and poured self-levelling and put in a level floor, but I had to follow up with them multiple times about not smoking near right outside our front door and making our house smell like smoke, cutting tile in our garage and getting everything covered in dust when they were specifically directed on multiple occasions by myself and Yoram not to do so, and final quality of the tiles installed. There is some lippage on the wall tiles installed in our shower and some small sections of missing grout still, but nothing that makes it either functionally not usable, or was easily resolved myself. Yoram was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with throughout the project and answered all of our questions openly and without hesitation. Yoram and his team did an excellent job with our bathroom renovations (creating a new lighting concept, installing vanities) and were able to trouble shoot and pivot quickly when several small issues arose. We would be happy to work with him again in the future.

So happy to have gone with Yoran for our first renovation project- renovating our kitchen. There were many hurdles that Yoran expertly handled with patience and calm, and he really went above and beyond to ensure it met our needs. Everyone he brought in to help was friendly, polite and masters of their craft. Very high quality end result, we could not be happier.
