D’ailleurs, ma propre gestion du projet n’est pas meilleure... Notre projet: - édifice 6 logements de 3 étages, bâti vers 1920 - brique à feu et pierres de fondations de la région de Québec sur 3 côtés - Réfection de lézardes dans joints de brique - Ajout de cornières au haut des ouvertures - Réparation de pierres de fondation Points faibles: - Peu de sécurité au chantier - communication parfois difficile par courriel - faire attention aux normes de maçonnerie, mais loin d’être « crosseurs » Points forts - Connaissent clairement leur métier: très bonnes solutions correctives proposées, appropriées à notre édifice, efficaces au chantier - Bien équipés, au moins pour un travail de base - Prix imbattable Voilà.
