I did an extensive review of contractors on Homestars who specialized in the supply and installation of tankless water heaters. There were many impressive options to choose from but I eventually settle on MMS Heating & Cooling. The glowing reviews and the impression I got from my initial interaction with Matt was the deciding factor. The quote I received from him was reasonable and competitive. He came across as professional, knowledgeable, responsive , accommodating and courteous. They arrived punctually to start the work as per our agreement and did an outstanding job. They completed the job on time exactly as Matt had indicated they would. The water heater was professionally and neatly installed without any issues or problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending MMS and Matt for any of the services they render. Thank you Matt.

Very Professional. Matthew texted me to update me on his arrival time and he and his partner were professional, efficient and courteous, explaining everything they found during the furnace maintenance. I will look to MMS for future furnace and a/c work.

While looking to have a boiler replaced in our home, we reached out to MMS after having seen the excellent reviews that they've received. Matt was very helpful with co-ordinating a site visit to determine our requirements. Following that, Mustafa was quick to attend and then prepare a quote for us. Based on the quote, we had a few questions regarding optional components that could enable integration of the boiler into a building management system. Mustafa was able to provide answers and an updated quote to facilitate this additional requirement, and the overall quoted system components were quite capable, met our requirements, and had an excellent warranty to back them up. Overall, I am very happy with our interactions with Matt and Mustafa, as they were both very helpful, professional, and responsive to all of our questions. And they reflect well on MMS. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and also to recommend them to others.
