Martin and his team were awesome! Great to deal with, accurate time frames and perfect results. Pricing was much better than the other quotes we received. First, we got the roof replaced. We were so impressed with our experience, we hired them back to replace the gutters, fascia, soffits and garage capping. Once again, we were thrilled with the results. Highly recommended!

I recently requested a quote for a roofing job from six companies, which produced three on-site visits and two quotes. Martin from Nailed It Roofing came prepared, he had done a GPS survey and showed up with actual measurements and shingle counts. Martin provided a detailed estimate, rather than the magic number I received from other companies. Martin did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of the various options, allowing me to make an informed decision, adding some features and removing others. Nailed It Roofing offered the best service for the money, given the excellent warranty and quality of workmanship. Ryan the foreman, was professional and courteous, the crew showed up on time and took great care to protect my property. Ryan explained the process and thoroughly addressed any questions or concerns that I had. The crew cleaned up very thoroughly after the job, removing all tarps, shingle wrappers and doing a thorough nail sweep. Chris the bin driver, also made sure to clean-up after the bin was removed. Martin offered to provide a drone survey after the job was completed, but I did this myself, as I'm so close to the airport that special permission was required for a professional survey. I recently used Nailed it Roofing for replacement of roof, eavestrough and downspouts. Martin did an excellent presentation and support. Damian and the crew completed the job very professionally, diligently, and followed safety protocols to replace the roof. Dean and associate worked professionally in replacing the eavestrough and downspouts. When they were done, they cleaned around the house very well. Overall, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Nailed it Roofing for any roof related needs.

Got new Roof done just this month, had an excellent experience dealing with them, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Martin was very thorough in explaining the process, available options and warranties associated with each option. His presentation was very detailed and even after completion of the job he showed all the work done, through his Drone. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had a mixed experience. **Pros:** - The initial consultation was excellent. The sales rep was knowledgeable and provided clear information. **Cons:** - Cleanup was poorly done, leaving debris/nails around our property. I spent over an hour sweeping and picking up roofing nails on our driveway and the main areas. The gutters hadn't been blown clean. I am still finding nails and shingles on one side of our house. - While doing the job communication was lacking, and they nearly missed completing an important aspect of the job we paid for. While the initial stages were promising, the execution and follow-up need improvement.
