Nick is a very capable contractor. I had some work done previously by someone else and Nick was able to complete and correct the work within a reasonable budget. He is very transparent about costs. I felt very comfortable hiring him and would recommend him to anyone looking for work to be done on their home. He has a plumber and electrician on his team. Thank you so much Nick for all the amazing work. 😀
Nick and his team did a wide range of work in my downtown Toronto loft including painting, building a door, tearing down a kitchen & reinstalling all appliances, rewiring a few light fixtures and installing new washroom vanities. Throughout this process, Nick was always punctual, knowledgeable and good-humoured. His prices are very fair and his customer service is amongst the best I've seen in the industry. He never hesitates to go the extra mile and ensure we were pleased with his work. I will call Nick back for future projects and highly recommend his work.

A few days after we bought our condo, we realized that the stand up shower was leaking from the inside out. The tiles from the outside of the base were cracking and coming off. We were unable to use the shower. We contacted Levsha and were met by a kind and courteous man. Nick listened carefully to our concerns. He suggested the most efficient way to do the job while taking into account our cost and time constraints. Nick patiently answered all our questions and gave us a thorough breakdown of the job to be done. He was very professional and took extra effort to cover the floor and to leave our condo clean and tidy. Lastly, Nick completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks Nick!
