Jamie from Restoration 1 was a huge asset in my larger plumbing project, providing consultation, advice and preparatory/restoration work. He generously took the time to walk through my project and to provide expert advice. He helpfully provided plumbing company contacts so I could gather several quotations for my larger plumbing project that spanned three floors. He provided pre-plumbing prep work and post-plumbing restoration in my kitchen, which now looks just as good as new. Jamie and Restoration 1’s honest and candid approach was much appreciated in what seemed an otherwise daunting project. They were responsive, on time and did great work. I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who needs help, and have already recommended them to a friend with recent water damage.

Jamie came to our place to assess a sneaky water leak in our laundry room. He has been very honest and did not try to charge us for repairs we weren’t sure we needed. I can’t comment about the quality of the job he will organize for us, but I expect good things from an honest contractor.

Upon recommendation of our plumber, Restoration1 responded quickly to restore our bathroom due to water damage caused by a broken water flange. They were of great assistance in submission of our insurance claim. The details that were provided in the estimates resulted in successful approval of our insurance claim. As a result, our bathroom was successfully restored to its original condition.

Clean-up of basement and removal of affected items after a drainage back-up was well done by courteous workers.
