Travail incomplet d’isolation urethane. A laisser la maison dans revêtement ni soffites après le travail. Aucune communication avant les travaux pour savoir qu’il fallait absolument retirer le revêtement et les soffites avant leur arrivé. Le travailleur à dit qu’il avait communiqué avec l’entreprise pour trouver quelqu’un pour remettre le revêtement après les travaux. Ça ne semble pas être vrai. Communication difficile avec l’entreprise, plusieurs semaines de va et vient, puis aucune communication par la suite.
