Absolutely brilliant!!
I was in a bit of a jam and called Adavnced on a recommendation. They came to visit the property within days of my panicked phone call. They assessed the situation, gave me very good advice. I did my due diligence and did some homework and immediately call them back to come in to rectify the problem. All visits were on time as scheduled, with updates and a photo of who would be coming to the house to do the work. Both Ian & his co-worker arrived on time as scheduled ready to work. Kept me informed as they went along. Both gentlemen work respectful, knowledgable, friendly and worked neatly and tidied up when it was all done. I had to leave a little earlier and felt more than comfortable to leave them to lock up the house. Very trustworthy. Absolutely would recommend to all who ask.
Plumbing Issue
Aman came in very friendly and checked out a few issues I was having. He explained everything to me in detail and replaced the cartridge in the shower, which I what I had originally called Advanced Plumbing for. I have already and definitely will continue to recommend this company.
Backflow valve
George was prompt, friendly, efficient, and patient with my questions. It is a pleasure dealing with this company, including George.
Leaking pipes
The employee fixing our pipes was very personable, clean, polite and knowledgable. It was refreshing to have such a nice young person doing the work.

Hot water heater replacement
Our hot water heater burst and started to leak one morning as I was getting read for work! I called Advanced Plumbing left a message and received a call back very quickly. They were able to install the new water heater that day, took the old one (still half full!) and left the area exactly they way they found it and with hot water! They were professional, courteous and respectful!
Backed up drain
Great service, tech very knowledgeable. Resolved immediate concern. Proposal pending for repair. Very pleased so far.
Sink pipe replacement
I cannot say how much I appreciate the work that the team at Advanced Plumbing does for the building I work at. Prompt service, efficient repairs, and on the estimate. Many thanks to Chris, Aman and Laz for looking after us.
New Toilet installed
My old toilet didnt work. Michael advised me on what was needed. It was very old and had many issues. So Michael suggested I buy a new toilet. I did and he installed a new toilet . Im happy with my new toilet.
New toilet installed and some leaky copper pipes replaced
Laz the technician did a thorough walk-through and explained everything to us. He was able to fix the necessary work that needed to be done and installed the brand new toilet same day. Bathroom looks cleaner than when he started great job
Excellent, helpful and thoughtful staff
Every person I spoke to was highly professional and a great communicator. In particular, Chris in the office walked me through everything. Laz, Dmitri and Aman were at the house when I wasnt available, but both my mom and my son found them to be personable, thoughtful and effective. The work was finished promptly, and in fact the biggest job was done two hours faster than anticipated. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of serious plumbing work.
Toilet - Repair or Replace
First time using Advanced Plumbing. I have never met plumbers as professional, friendly, and helpful as the Advanced Plumbing crew! They completed repairs to two of my toilets as well as cleaned out the back flow preventer valve. They were such a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly use their services again!
Basement leak
Extremely pleased we found this plumbing company. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and professional.They were thorough with their diagnosis of the problem and at no point did we feel pressured to do the work and any follow up work.
A LITTLE OF THIS AND THAT
Aman from Advanced Plumbing arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and hard working. Aman was friendly and replaced some faucets and leaking shut off valves around the house. I would highly recommend them to do a job properly the first time.
Big job
We had what we thought would be a small leak we were very wrong. Our main stack had a large crack in it and had to be replaced from the top Floor to the bottom. The Advanced Plumbing team talked us through our options and made it easy for us to understand. The entire process, although an expense we werent expecting, was really smooth from removing drywall and tile to their cleanup and final walkthrough. They also pointed out a few small repairs and fixed those while they were at it. Were really pleased with the service and the guys who did the work. Much appreciated!
