DeLuca replaced our roof in 2012 and we have had zero problems with it since then, even in historic and catastrophic windstorms. In 2022 we replaced our gutters and downspouts. Mark was professional, very thorough and approachable in both instances. The office was overwhelmed with covid and other delays, but were always courteous and informative. The installation team was on time and the work we needed was done efficiently and has worked like a charm. The inspection with drone images is great and we have referred DeLuca many times to our friends and colleagues.

That was the second property that I had used DeLuca roofing to replace the roof shingles. The first time was eight years ago for my house, and this time for another property that I have. DeLuca Roofing preforms quality work in a reasonable price. Replacing roof shingles is a major investment and it is important to choose a roofing company that performs reliable and a quality job.

My parents roof was damaged due to wind. Because the shingles were damaged and still within warranty we contacted DeLuca roofing to help us with the claim. DeLuca Roofing was very professional and helped my elderly parents by replacing their roof. Their price was very satisfactory. We are so thankful and highly recommend this company!

DeLuca did a wonderful job with removing our old materials and installing the new soffits, eavestroughs, fascia, end gables siding, downspouts and adding leaf guards. Our house looks amazing now! No more peeling paint or sagging gutters! The work was done with efficiency and cleanliness, and quietly. (I mention quietly because we once had another contractor do some outdoor work and they blasted loud music to everyones annoyance!). Ivan, their site manager, was polite and kept us informed at all times of any developments with the project. He had some good solutions on how to connect a bypass for our rain barrels from the downspouts. This is the second time that we have used DeLuca. The first time was to replace our roof shingles about 7 years ago. They were great with any customer service issues and responded promptly. I would highly recommend DeLuca to anyone who needs to replace a roof, siding, soffits, eavestroughs, fascia, and/or downspouts. Their service manager came over and took impressive aerial images of the entire house with his fancy drone. The price was right and the service was impeccable! A big thank you to everyone at DeLuca, including Dan, Melissa, and Ivan and his crew.

I started the process last year to find a company to fix / repair or replace my roof. We had leaks, and I had no idea where to begin or what was needed. I started to review local companies, and selected four companies to get a quote / advice from. Joe from Deluca came out and took me through the entire process of what I should be looking for, what was important in selecting a company, shingles etc., From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands and not 'just another customer'. I left the conversation feeling more informed about the choice I needed to make, and it wasnt just based on price. I received my quote from Deluca, and not only did the pricing come in much better than the other three companies , the Deluca team went above and beyond to share what ACTUALLY needed to be repaired and why (picture portfolio etc.,) Once I selected Deluca, they made sure to stop by and cover the areas needing repair during the winter months, to ensure there was no further damage - until the work could begin in the spring. When it came time to start, there was great communication on start time, time of day and how many days to complete. The crew was amazing, and other than a brand new roof there was no evidence left behind that construction had been done :) The follow up to ensure I was satisfied was great, even down to communication on payment. I would highly recommend Deluca, and consider myself lucky to have come across them in my research.

DeLuca Roofing did a great job on our roofing Project. We were impressed right from the sales to cleanup. We had some venting issues that were resolved with the suggestions provided by DeLuca. The shingles on the roof of the church were definitely in need of replacement. I contacted DeLuca for an estimate and from the initial contact and visits from Daniel to the installing crew lead by Andrew to the follow up from John the job went seamlessly. This was one professional and customer oriented group. They understood the unique issues involved in replacing a very steep large church roof. I was impressed by the removal of the old shingles through top installation and clean up of the job site. All done in the scorching heat of the August heat wave. Well done All.

Fast and knowledgeable, took the time to explain the work that was done and I left much more knowledgeable regarding my roof and how vents and flashings are installed. Frank called when he arrived, and let me know the cost and process for a hassle-free experience.

Our salesman, Harley, was patient and knowledgeable and always made himself available for any questions. The job itself did have some hiccups, especially in the communications area between the contract foreman and us due to a multitude of issues, including COVid. We were originally concerned about some aspects of the outcome and the owner of the company, David, contacted us directly regarding this and made arrangements for a follow-up inspection with Wayne. Wayne and David worked with us to resolve the concerns that we had and we now feel extremely confident that DeLuca does and will stand behind their work and products. We would definitely work with them again and we would recommend them to anyone.
