Mehmet and his crew came to help out with replacing our old hot water tank with a tankless water heater. They were great to deal with and did a fantastic job in a timely manner at a good price. I would 100% recommend them to others and will use them for any future projects.
We called plumber and he troubleshooted over the phone . He wanted to give us ideas as it was the weekend and non-emergency. He came in the next few days and was very professional and fixed it with ease. Would highly recommend him as hes great for a job well done.
Fast response to book an appointment. Service provider is honest in his estimates, friendly and trustworthy. We have used this company for a number of years in various home repairs. We have never had to call again because something has gone wrong - it is fixed right. Satisfaction guaranteed.
I have two issues with plumbing at my house. Mehmet is very responsive and attend to it in timely manner. The first one is the leaking from the pipe in the crawl space. Mehmet looked at it and found the issue of this. He fixed within one hour. The second one is the broken pipe near garburator in my kitchen. He also fixed that. I recommend Mehmet if you have plumbing issue, he did excellent job.

After our tankless water heater started leaking on a long weekend, Mehmet got back to us quickly, and fixed our problem promptly when he could get the parts. Quick and friendly service!
A friend referred us to GVA Plumbing when a plumbing issue arose during a renovation. Mehmet was responsive, on time, on budget, and absolutely fantastic to work with. Since, over the last few years, we have called on Mehmet at least two other times when our older home needed some plumbing attended to. On one of those occasions, he advised against any work being done and didn't even charge for his time to visit us and assess the problem. Mehmet continues to always be amazing in all respects. Highly recommended!
Mehmet recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in my house. His proficiency in plumbing, gas fitting and venting all came together seamlessly. His eye for detail and experience led him to questioned the capacity of the existing gas supply, so he referred to a gas manual and did some calculations to confirm that there would not be sufficient gas to run all of the appliances at the same time. Mehmet arranged for Fortis Gas to install a higher capacity meter and regulator on the same day as the tankless installation to minimize interruption. In addition, he noticed that there was no pressure regulator on my water service, tested the pressure which turned out to be 50% higher than recommended, and installed a pressure regulator to protect my appliances and the new water heater. Mehmet also arranged for the City of Vancouver inspection, and all is good. Now thats full service!

Garage flooded at my elderly moms place ; Mehmet came that day and did a wonderful job. We then hired him for multiple other jobs, tap replacements, garburetor removal, dishwasher replacement and water tank replacement. We also refered him to friends who were delighted with his work. Reasonable rates, integrity, obvious skill and a delight to deal with make him a top business man.
When our 31 year old John Wood gas fired water heater finally reached it's end of life Mehmet came to the rescue. We know it was not easy for him to move his schedule around, but he did. He showed up at 7:30 am and at 9:30 am we were back in hot water again. Our new tank works perfectly. It was good to work with someone who is personable and professional. We had our original 1980's boiler replaced and our Rinnai on demand hot water replaced with a new Rinnai combi unit. Mehmets works was exceptional. He was very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and punctual. I would hire him again for future work, and have already recommended him to neighbours and friends.
Mehmet was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient, he was very respectful regarding social distancing protocols, while in our home and quickly assessed our service requirements. GVA is highly recommended and we would definitely re-hire for future plumbing needs.
Couldn't be happier! All Ploy-B piping replaced. No fuss, no bother and reasonable cost. Mehmet did the work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Holes in the ceiling and walls were kept to a minimum, and were minimal disruptions as we had water for most of the time he was here. Mehmet was friendly, answered all our questions as they came up. A really pleasant experience for a job we were dreading to have completed. We would not hesitate to recommend Mehmet and GVA Plumbing.
