“I called Sean and he called back very quickly (that day). He arranged for a visit to review our roofing and provided us a quote on the spot, including product brochures, spec sheets and the printed quote (I believe he has a printer in his truck!). We went over the quote together, he answered our questions, he told us about the timetable to get our roof done and we scheduled it. Sean's team arrived this week to do the work, but weather interfered with the job. Despite that, they used the time to do what they could to be prepared to work the next day (loading all the shingles onto the roof, etc. The next day, these guys got the job done so quickly. They prepped around my house with tarps and plywood to protect things around the perimeter of my home and to capture old shingles and falling debris. They were helpful when we needed to work around them and were always polite and respectful. They completed the entire job that day, cleaning up all around the property, using magnetic tools to pick up any stray nails and metal bits. They windexed our skylights and made everything clean and new. Our home looks fantastic. I have heard a lot of negative things about the roofing industry and have experienced some of that recently, but I can say with no reservations that Maximum Roofing is an awesome company to do business with. I couldn't be happier! Sean knew that we had a bad experience and he made sure that John was aware of it before they got here. Thank you Sean, John and your crew for making this process quick, painless and being an absolute joy to work with. You have a home reference any time you need one! If I could give you 11 out of 10 stars I would!”
“Sean’s quote for my roof etc was what I was looking for and expected from a professional company. I’m sure someone will say “hey I know a guy” who would do it for less but I wanted it done right, look good and stand by the product. His crew showed up and got the job done without problems. Sean’s a decent guy who enjoys working with clients and his crew reflects that. I would recommend him to anyone asking. Also, be nice to his crew by leaving a cooler of ice with water and Gatorade. They work hard on days most people won’t leave their homes.”

We have a new roof
Is there a reason I didn't give a 10 star review? No, but I think for a 10 star review, it has to be outstanding work, and to be honest, I'm not sure how one can do outstanding work on a new roof. I will say the salesman (name I forget) was polite, not pushy. He came by when we were at work, and dropped off the quote. I thin he followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions. My father also got a quote at the same time. The scheduled date was a 'rough estimate', which I understand - weather can certainly delay other jobs, so I understand. When the day arrived, they showed up (perhaps 5-7 workers), and got the job done in a single day. They cleaned up as best as I think they could. They forgot to put a few items back in place, but that was a minor issue. Initially I'm pleased. The real test will be in 5-10 years to see if the roof still "works". It definitely looks good at the moment.
Removal and install new shingles
Sean and his crew where very professional in their work and customer service. They were competitive in price, prompt, and very tidy. We were completely satisfied with their service and work ethics and would recommend them to future customers. Stoney Creek residents.
Saved us in a pitch and did a great job
Maximum saved us about a month ago when another local roofer let us down. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We needed our entire roof replaced quickly and they rose to the occasion. Thanks again Sean!

Roofing
The team was very professional ,kept me informed about the progress and cleaned the yard up very well. I have a 2700 square foot house and they where done in a day.The next day they put the leaf guards on ,re-checked for any debree to clean up and I paid the bill .Really pleasent experiance and the roof looks awesome.
New shingles on house and garage.
Maximum roofing came yesterday and replaced our roof on the house and on the garage they were very efficient they finished the job in one day. the roof looks absolutely beautiful better than I've ever seen it. They cleaned up so well after the job was done you would've never known that they were even here except for leaving us the most beautiful roof on our garage and our home that we've ever seen. I recommend them highly if you want a roof that looks absolutely Rich and stunning. The Pattersons

Very professional and honest about products and what was best. Job was completed in one day and area was tidied up immediately. Have already recommended them to a friend. Very reasonable priced as well. My neighbours on both sides also had their roofs done as well and we are all very satisfied.

Maximum Roofing was great to deal with. We own a semi-detached rental property and Maximum was easy to deal with in terms of quotes from long distance and communication with the neighbour (both sides needed a new roof). They managed to get in ahead of schedule and completed the roof in a timely fashion. My tenant reached out, without my asking, to let me know the roof looked great and that they left everything clean. I am looking forward to seeing the final product!
Replacement roof
I had my roof replaced in April by Maximum Roofing. Very fair price. They did an excellent job. Sean was great to deal with from contract start to finish. Sean provided documentation that was important such as proof of insurance and certification as an authorized installer of GAF shingles, for warranty purposes. John was the onsite foreman and also great to deal with. He took pictures of the roof before and after, at my request, so I had a record of the pre and post work. They completed the work in one day. Very neat. Protected my property. Would definitely use them again. One of my neighbours has since used them.

Remove shingles and completed roof with underlay padding
Our entire roof was complete in one day which was great. Not only does our roof look good; we have had no leaks or issues since installation 3 years ago. There was absolutely no mess behind and we are very pleased with our roof. We already recommended Maximum Roofing to my wife's parents, again; a job well done.
Shingle replacement
If you're in search of a roofing company to to fix your roof do not hesitate to call these guys. You'll get honest professional advice, excellent work and you won't be stepping on old nails after they're done because their crews clean up so good it's like they weren't even there. It's been about 7 years and many storms later and my roof still looks like it did the day they finished installing our new shingles. In fact I've referred Maximum Roofing onto many of my friends and clients over the years and I always hear back about how easy they were to deal with and how great of a job their crew did for them. So do yourself a favour and have Sean come in and educate you on how your roof should be repaired properly, you won't be disappointed!
New Roof
So the time had come to replace my roof. I interviewed quite a few different roofing companies and Sean was the best to deal with. His price was great and the workmanship is too. Sean worked with me on several areas in trying to pick the right colour and coordination with other projects. His crew were polite and professional. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
Roof Re-shingling
I can't say enough good things about Sean and his team at Maximum Roofing. I own a number of properties and they have re-shingled four of them. From a technical standpoint, Sean uses high quality materials and it's clear that his team is organized and well trained. They are professional and courteous while on the job and fully clean the property when finished. And they're quick! What I appreciated most about Maximum Roofing was Sean's professionalism in the way he manages his business. I was quite demanding in the scheduling of two of the jobs, and Sean always answered emails and phone calls quickly. In the end, he adjusted his schedule at the last minute to meet mine. Very much appreciated! Thanks Sean!
