Happy with my change
After dealing with terrible customer service from my previous security company, I decided it was time for a change. Moving homes was the perfect opportunity to switch to Safetech. From the start, the difference was clear. The installer was skilled and friendly, and the tech adviser took the time to explain the new system to me. When I accidentally set off a false alarm, their monitoring station responded quickly and professionally. It was a relief to experience such attentive and efficient service. Safetech has truly impressed me, and I'm very pleased with their work!
Ezviz Ring PRO video doorbell
Prior to having Safe Tech install Ezviz video Ring PRO, my existing video door bell was totally useless. Poor reception, poor visual and ongoing alarm notifications day and night. The installation of this Ezviz PRO has completely changed the way I now view the security that is provided by this door bell. Excellent reception, excellent visual with the ability to connect to the person at the door, virtually from anywhere. It way definitely worth the money. I also need to mention that the service technician that was sent by Safe Tech was exceptionally knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
Home security system
Weve been with SafeTech for about 20 years for our home security system. When we moved and built a new house their techs helped us design and install a state of the art new system and its been very good. They operate like a small business - responsive and customer oriented. Sharon is our main contact point for anything we need and shes great to deal with. Highly recommend.

I have been using Safetech for both our old and new house alarm for the past 10 years now. We had moved from one house to another and the transition in removing our old alarm system from our old house and installing a new system at our new house was professional handled. upgrade
I upgraded my security system and moved the monitoring to Safetech. The installer was very skilled and helpful. The monitoring station responded quickly to the false alarms I set in error. The tech adviser assisted me greatly in understanding the workings of the new keyboard. I am very pleased with their work
