Travail très bien fait et de qualité. L'entrepreneur est courtois. L'entrepreneur a honoré son contrat, mais il est désorganisé. Les travaux ont pris près d'un mois alors qu'ils auraient pu être complétés en quelques jours. À la défense de l'entreprise, il y a eu des problèmes avec des équipements.
