Our experience with MPP Construction was excellent! Victor is truly above and beyond exceptional. We hired him to install luxury vinyl in our basement. From start to finish he was reliable, conscientious and hard working. When he realized our lack of experience with all the varieties of flooring to choose from he was gracious and offered to meet us at flooring center to choose the right product for us. It was clear that he strives to have satisfied customers and his expertise told him if we chose the wrong product we wouldn't be happy. He took his personal time to educate us. His time paid off as he was right! Our floor was done to perfection. He is honest and hardworking, I will not hesitate to recommend him and will be contacting him and his amazing team for the next reno project. Thanks again Victor! MPP Construction Painting & Renovations did a fantastic job painting our walls and ceilings. It was a bigger project than we thought with no delays on timelines to complete the project. Victor and his team provided top-notch service. What l especially liked was Victors summary of the daily work that was done and what was planned for the following day. Victor was the first contractor to repky to my Honestars request. When he came to do the estimate he explained how he calculated the cost of the job. No other painter Ive ever hired did this. I thought that his price was reasonable and they were the first to offer a start date that wasnt a month out from the time of the estimate.

This husband wife team are fantastic - caring and meticulous. My husband and I are partly handicapped, they helped in so many ways. The garage door and front door were easy peasy. Not so the deck! Work was a chore for sure. Victor moved stuff off the deck for us and then his helper prepped the deck over 3 days. Power washing and getting rid of 15 years of old paint. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Came back when all was dry and put table and chairs back on newly finished deck. On rain days they cleaned and painted all the door and window frames on the main floor - looks so clean now. Painting looks super! Would reccommend them to all! Pricing was fair considering the work involved.

Everyone thinks they can paint their own homes, until they have professionals do the work well. Then you see how it should be done! Victor knows his stuff, has been painting for years, and is reliable and honest. We’re glad we found MPP and can certainly recommend them.
