“We had all our Windows (12) and Doors (2) replaced by Galaxy Windows. We were impressed from start to finish with their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. We met with several companies, but Dmitri's presentation impressed us the most. The installation by Alex and Igor was smooth and expertly done. We had bought new locks for the doors and they were also perfectly installed for us. Old windows and doors were taken away and all debris was cleaned up. We had a few questions after the installation and Galaxy responded very quickly. We absolutely recommend Galaxy WD.”

Front Door Replacement
I wanted to replace my front doors as it was getting old and the door jamb was kind of broken. I already worked with Galaxy Windows & Doors last year to replace all my windows and decided to go with them again because I trust their workmanship. They were excellent again with the work. Dmitri came to the house and provided us lots of options to choose and recommended a great colour for our home. Alex was perfect during the door installation. He was kind enough to install the smart doorbell and smart lock as well. All in all, a great experience working with them and I recommend them highly for doors and windows replacement.

We needed several widow frames and glass replaced. Alex from Galaxy came to give an estimate and we were quite impressed with his knowledge and manner. His quote was better than others that we had received. We selected to go with Galaxy. A few weeks later Michael and Milan arrived as scheduled with the new windows. They worked hard, did a perfect job, and cleaned up after themseles. They were so careful that we didn't even have to do any touch-up paint. Alex came by to do an inspection. Everyting was perfect. We definitely would recommend Galaxy to anyone needing new windows
New door and windows
This is the second time in 5 years that I have contracted Galaxy Windows to do a job for me. The first time some years ago was to replace 7 windows and a sliding door. This time, it's to replace two more windows and my front door. As before, the work performed was very professional--from the consultation, to the quote, to the measurements, to the installation and clean up. They do a very clean and thorough job. Highly recommended.

New windows
Alex was very professional and his teammate as well! From start to finish, they did an absolutely great job! Dimitri also came by to check on the work and showed my wife and I how to properly use the windows. A very professional company that I would recommend to my neighbors and friends! Thanks again guys!
New window installation
I was extremely pleased with the work done by Alex and his team, from the beginning meeting and free quote, Alex was professional and pleasant and patient with me answers as I a lot of questions regarding what kind of windows, how are they installed etc. His team were timely, knowledgeable and worked around my schedule. They replace all my original 96 year old windows. I would highly recommend Galaxy windows to anyone looking for new windows, front doors or patio doors.
Windows & Patio Doors
Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional when advising us on how to have our windows done. Installation was done smoothly and with care. We had a total of 16 windows and 2 patio doors completed which were all excellent. We would definitely recommend Galaxy to others!
New Front Door and Garage Side Door
I used Galaxy Windows and Doors a few years ago to replace my windows and patio door. I called Dmitri to replace my front door and garage door and they once again did a fantastic job! Alex is a great installer and his workmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them looking for new windows or doors.
Windows Replacement
Windows replacement was a big project for us. We were referred to Galaxy Windows. Dmitri , Alex and their team was extremely professional right from quoting us , explaining our options with respect to different types of windows and executing the entire project. They were proactive through email and phone reminding us about the upcoming installation and what we needed to do before the installation date . Well done !!!

Alex from Galaxy windows was very professional, explained the quote and the work. Everything was completed & installed on time as discussed. They were very responsive to all our questions. The work was completed within the allocated time and done well. The new windows / patio look great and work well.
Whole Home Window Replacement
We had a few different companies come to quote us before choosing Galaxy Windows. Dimitri came to quote our job and offered the best price and quality of windows, brick to brick. When Mike came to install the windows we were extremely satisfied. He installed 24 (mostly large) windows in 2 days, including beautiful flashing around our front baylike (not true bay) windows. His work ethic was incredible. We are extremely satisfied with everything from the beginning quote to installation.
Windows and Doors Replacement
We recently replaced 2 windows, 3 basement windows, patio door & garage side door through Galaxy Windows and are very pleased with the work done by Alex and his team. Everything went smoothly from first visit to measurement to final installation. Galaxy Windows was very professional and did a great job. My family are very happy with the results. Windows and Doors Replacement for Entire House
Galaxy Windows was awesome to work with from start to finish! The team had seamlessly and efficiently replaced all of the windows and doors in our house in just under three days and the end result was fantastic. Furthermore, the price for their services was the best in the market especially given their high-quality windows, incredibly skilled workers, and overall great results. Our family would highly recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors!
2 years since whole house window installation
I waited 2 years to write this review because I wanted to make sure these windows were good and reliable. We live in thornhill. We changed every window in our house before a whole house renovation and 2 sliding doors. Alex came for the consult. Was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a no nonsense quote which was reasonable compared to other estimates. We went to their showroom later and he met us there and showed us the windows that were going to be installed. So we went with galaxy. The installation day took 2 days and the workers were great and did a good job. Its been 2 years now and no problems no leaks no problems. I called them 1 year later when I noticed some of the caulking had split and within a few days they came and fixed it. The split was a nothing problem which I could have fixed but I thought I call them and they were on top of it. I am usually skeptical of everything and everyone but Alex, his team and the windows impressed me The front door is next and I look forward to calling Galaxy as well.
